My son called to order a cheese and a Hawaiian pizza for me and when he hung up he said it was over $50! I called back in 10 seconds and told the girl that it was to pricey and to cancel it. She said I could get the special 3 topping large pizza for 15.99 so I just added toppings to the cheese pizza and bacon to the Hawaiian. She was very pleasant and I thanked her. 1 minute later I was called by a very rude man who said I can't change it because they were made already. I told him that he couldn't possibly have made 2 pizzas that quick and even if they were starting them just add the toppings to the cheese. He he can't because they were done already, which is impossible. And then he hung up on me. This is only the second negative review I have ever left but I feel like people should know about this service.

Very rude lady that works the late shifts and she's a manager very rude and unprofessional,multiple bad incounters with this lady so it's not just a bad day,she needs a job at a warehouse driving a forklift not in customer service and food making. Hopefully she quits or gets fired so I can eat their again without thinking they did something to my food

Just got to town and want to grab something easy I decide pizzahut soon as I step in older gentlemen was passed off told was close when they close 10 pm I arrive 930 I order cheese pizza and when he went in the back start making big noise throwing staff Very very disappointed regarding this can not believe it .the other worker a young man apologies for the behavior of the older gentlemen but there is no excuse 42 $ for 2 med pizza is crazy

In my experience, the girl at the cash register was very rude, had a lot of attitude, was disrespectful, kind of racist, and in my opinion had the nastiest acrylic nails, for a person that works at a fast food place.

Not good to go eat there if you have a family. There's nothing there but a few games and tables. This Valentine's Day I wanted a heart pizza because never ordered one before. They gave us a plastic knife to cut our pizza. Do you really think that's going to work. Workers need to try and maybe you'll cut it from now on. Who gets a pizza not cut? Really embarrassing to have to cut your own pizza eating there. Just crazy!

The food is very good, I go often but I will stop going because the employees are very rude, they treat you reluctantly every time I go it is the same and looking at all the people they are that rude they lack a lot of job training
Pizza was great however while I was checking out the guy at the register said there was an issue with the card reader and needed to do something. I had a cheese pizza a 2 liter soda and the guy said my total was $17 and change. Later after getting back on the road, I looked at the receipt and I was charged $27 and change. Seems the cashier gave himself a $10 tip.

I was ordering a pizza and a very kind young man was helping me and I was asking him about the prices and a very rude lady came out and started yelling at me and being very rude, I think she is the manager of the place because she gave orders to others, I don't know if she had a bad day but or if it's like that with all the customers but it wasn't fair how she treated us

Terrible. 08/29/24 6:38PM Ordered a large super supreme pizza online, went to pick it up. The guy was on the phone and made me a sign with his hand like saying “one moment” took a while. The dough was raw, the slices were too weak and the toppings falling down from it. Terrible, go somewhere else, don’t waste your time and money here. THUMBS DOWN!
