I waited to review this place because had two horrible experiences there and after a long discussion with the store manager I decided to give them one last shot. That experience was better. Now to see if they keep it up or go back down hill. The food was correct ready on time and the last time customer service was good

I ordered a pick up order from here and one of my pizzas was tampered with? I don’t know if they dropped it then reassembled it or ate it I don’t know but they were able to make it for me and the worker said the dough just broke apart and said it just looks like a normal pizza? But I don’t wanna eat tampered with pizza it looks gross

My son called to order a cheese and a Hawaiian pizza for me and when he hung up he said it was over $50! I called back in 10 seconds and told the girl that it was to pricey and to cancel it. She said I could get the special 3 topping large pizza for 15.99 so I just added toppings to the cheese pizza and bacon to the Hawaiian. She was very pleasant and I thanked her. 1 minute later I was called by a very rude man who said I can't change it because they were made already. I told him that he couldn't possibly have made 2 pizzas that quick and even if they were starting them just add the toppings to the cheese. He he can't because they were done already, which is impossible. And then he hung up on me. This is only the second negative review I have ever left but I feel like people should know about this service.

Very rude lady that works the late shifts and she's a manager very rude and unprofessional,multiple bad incounters with this lady so it's not just a bad day,she needs a job at a warehouse driving a forklift not in customer service and food making. Hopefully she quits or gets fired so I can eat their again without thinking they did something to my food

Just got to town and want to grab something easy I decide pizzahut soon as I step in older gentlemen was passed off told was close when they close 10 pm I arrive 930 I order cheese pizza and when he went in the back start making big noise throwing staff Very very disappointed regarding this can not believe it .the other worker a young man apologies for the behavior of the older gentlemen but there is no excuse 42 $ for 2 med pizza is crazy
pizza was hot and crust was perfect. was asked if i wanted a fork for my wings since they were hot.

Not good to go eat there if you have a family. There's nothing there but a few games and tables. This Valentine's Day I wanted a heart pizza because never ordered one before. They gave us a plastic knife to cut our pizza. Do you really think that's going to work. Workers need to try and maybe you'll cut it from now on. Who gets a pizza not cut? Really embarrassing to have to cut your own pizza eating there. Just crazy!
