I’ve always gone here but lately they never have anything for the drinks anymore and the scanner don’t work like come on it’s Starbucks people

Had to wait in line for 6 minutes or more, just beause the barista was having a conversation with a friend who was ordering. Very unprofessional.

Asked for a water to use the bathroom after they wouldn’t give the code, lady with a proud smirk said I need to order a food item too (greedy) so I did. Meanwhile people are opening the door for each other to use the bathroom in the back. I’m guessing honesty is not the best policy?

15 minutes for a cup of water is INSANE. Don't give that "orders made in que" bs, I didn't want anything competed. Water in a cup. That's it. There's a Manager chatting with customers in front of the counter, and a bored cashier on her phone behind the counter. Anyone could've handed me a cup of water in less than 15 seconds.

Angry because my strawberry acai was filled only with ice and without any flavor, precisely for the same reason, I mean, are we paying so much for ice?
This restaurant location always stops taking orders and have their employees acting like they’re not open 15 mins - 30 mins before their posted closing time. So annoying. Happened again last night. Myself and another car were in drive thru line at 9:45 and saw a car in front of us get their order taken and received their items, then all of the sudden it was like a ghost town.

I’ve been getting a iced Matcha latte for about five years and for some reason I got my latte with no cold foam and I asked if I can get cold foam on it and I got charged two dollars. Not sure if she was.
