Not sure if there oven or toaster is broken because I ordered an Egg, pesto & cheese mozzarella sandwich and it was completely cold in the middle. Did not have time to drive all the way back and have them correct. So just a aheads up.

I ordered through drive-thru and service was fantastic! I ordered 5 hibiscus passion fruit iced tea unsweetened. It was delicious! I recomend it if you have not yet tried it. It also taste delicious with lemonaid.

Establishment was dirty inside and out, the front entrance and door and windows were covered in bird feces. The floors were dirty, sticky and very unsanitary. The service was good, the beverages were good, only negative was the lack of cleanliness.

We stopped to use the bathroom and grab drinks. I've never been in a prison bathroom, but I assume that's what it looks like. Speaking of the service, it's depressing to see people so upset at their work. We waited 20 minutes for a Frappuccino, and they never apologized for the waiting, definitely the worst Starbucks we have ever visited.

This is one of the ABSOLUTE WORST STARBUCKS IN TOWN!!! The manager (older lady) is BEYOND RUDE!!! All 6 of our drinks were absolutely garbage. Especially the worst one the vanilla iced latte. Had to take it back twice to be fixed and she decided she wasn’t going to fix it and refused, so we told her for a refund which she refused. After a long argument we left the drink and walked out. I am filling a dispute with the bank for ALL MY DRINKS and also a formal complaint with corporate! I will never ever have my friends or family come here again. There’s plenty more Starbucks around with better service and a CLEAN STORE! Thanks Starbucks for giving me a headache on Mother’s Day!!
