It literally took 30 minutes to get my drink. Yeah, they might've been busy, but a half hour is pretty crazy. They at least could've warned us.
Mia was able to remake my coffee to perfection 🥰

I just have to say Velma is a real pleasure always has a smile on her face and a graceful polite greeting welcoming you in, the staff are always so kind and smiling, they never get my drink wrong and always have me in and out. Before I used to dread this location now it’s my number one spot!!! Thank you to the staff for always being so welcoming and kind!!!

It's bad enough coffee is expensive but now you wana cheat me a bit. Don't want to top it off? Fine 2cm below the rim. But not by this much.

Food and coffee are good, but I ordered ahead and was told that my order would be ready at 11:18am. However, I didn’t receive it until 11:35am. If you’re in a hurry, I wouldn’t recommend ordering here. It seems like they prioritize the drive-thru over other orders.

I like the location and the interior of this store, but unfortunately there’s a lady with a very low costumer service, I’ve been there a couple times, but when that lady is in the cashier, I’ve received bad costumer service

Like everyone else said the drive thru is WAY to damn long 20+ minutes to get a little coffee, I’d rather go to the star bucks on the other side,it’s way faster.

Rude very rude . Manger is rude I’ve been a Starbucks customer for a very long time I spend thousands of dollars and I ask for a cup of ice as I purchase a order and and spend more than 10 dollars on a damn drink and the refused to give a damn cup of ice and manger butted in because I told them I don’t mind paying for the cup and was very rude told me if you want ice that bad then to go to another Starbucks is such a rude inappropriate tone. Is that a way to talk to a loyal customer . Will be contacting corporate. Please educated your employees of giving better service I’ve been too so many Starbucks and never have I had a such rude encounter. I have my member ID and my Families we spend about 25-30 a day in Starbucks everyday we will not be spending any money any longer in this unethical company.

The drinks were okay , I’ve tasted a better made caramel macchiato at other locations. The atmosphere is nice pretty chill and modern design. The lady at the front had a whole attitude before we even placed our order she already gave us a stank face! If you don’t like working with customers face to face then why work a customer service job. Asked for my receipt and she just ignored me I also saw her slamming the food rudely on the counter, only reason I came here was for a pit stop definitely chose another location if you can!

Tbh I don’t do negative reviews but I ordered a vegetarian falafel for breakfast, and they gave me chicken. Their response was.. sorry they were kept side by side… is it hard to label your storage? For your customers sake, some of off us are vegetarian.
