I just have to say Velma is a real pleasure always has a smile on her face and a graceful polite greeting welcoming you in, the staff are always so kind and smiling, they never get my drink wrong and always have me in and out. Before I used to dread this location now it’s my number one spot!!! Thank you to the staff for always being so welcoming and kind!!!
Last night I came to pick up two orders and I want to give a huge shout out to Alani. She was making a bunch of drinks all by herself. She did it with a smile on her face despite having a big line. She deserves recognition for her hard work last night 08/23/2024.
I usually like Starbucks, but as of late something has changed. The coffee, well, is Starbucks coffee and that's a subjective category that you can argue both ways of it's good or bad. But the atmosphere that is now Starbucks, where the music is too loud, the workers (at least what I've experienced), aren't aware of their surroundings and will have you waiting at a lineless register, waiting for a worker to take notice.
