Last night I came to pick up two orders and I want to give a huge shout out to Alani. She was making a bunch of drinks all by herself. She did it with a smile on her face despite having a big line. She deserves recognition for her hard work last night 08/23/2024.
I usually like Starbucks, but as of late something has changed. The coffee, well, is Starbucks coffee and that's a subjective category that you can argue both ways of it's good or bad. But the atmosphere that is now Starbucks, where the music is too loud, the workers (at least what I've experienced), aren't aware of their surroundings and will have you waiting at a lineless register, waiting for a worker to take notice. And like always, the food is mediocre,...
I consistently enjoy my visits to this Starbucks despite occasional understaffing. The team here manages to provide excellent service with a smile, showcasing their dedication and professionalism. Kudos to the hardworking staff for consistently delivering a great experience!
