They always make fantastic sandwiches most of the time however today my aunt was told that they do not honor the coupons that come out in the mailbox very difficult and disappointing probably won't be back as the coupons were one reason we took our business there great way 2 lose other customers

Never make sandwich the way I ask. I always ask for light Mayo for some reason she adds extra . Unfortunately I order online and dont see her make my sandwich so I can’t correct her. Same lady everytime. Literally a mayo sandwich… smh do better.

Stopped in for lunch, did a mobile order. Through the mobile order asked for four cups of jalapenos, like my food spicy. One got to the store they advised they don't do cups of jalapenos, and gave me a small baggie of jalapenos to go. When asked for more they gave me three more and said that's all they can give. Thought Subway slogan was eat fresh. The only thing they wanted me to eat was the door hitting me on the way out. To make things worse my sandwich/wrap was done incorrectly, not to my specifications . Supervisor / lead staff extremely rude. If this was not the only Subway in town I would go elsewhere. If you're traveling through town, go to togo's, Deli delicious, or any other mom and pop Deli store in town. Don't stop here

Placed an order online and when I changed an item on my sandwich it changed the whole order. I took it back to them and they refused to remake the sandwiches. Horrible customer service. Really disappointed!

Didn't check if there was WIFI, but the order I placed on the app: buy1 get1 free was super easy and fast! Everything was smooth, and tasted delicious! Would def return to try other sandwiches!

Placed an order through the app and the location said they hadn’t received it. They double checked I had the correct location (I did) and the older woman said she hadn’t heard from her boss so she couldn’t make the food unless I paid again in store even though I had been charged through the app.
