The service is alright, it's just a regular old taco bell, I wouldn't expect much more than that. Just don't go through the drive thru while it's busy, I know it's a hard period of the day but they don't often have the competency and/or manpower to handle a large influx of people ordering and often get confused, handing you the complete wrong order, wrong items, etc. Forgetting your drinks is very common (even when it isn't busy). I've been to this place several times. It's usually clean, and the staff is prompt. I wish their kiosks worked though. One of the two kiosks is broken, so sometimes you may have to stand in line. Otherwise nothing to complain about
