For a fast food joint I was a little surprised the burgers were pretty good I must say and decent size and the people were pretty friendly

Staff and food is a top 10. My only issue would be the smell of the cow manure sometimes is stronger than other times. I guess it's just something you need to get used too. The service and food is worth it 😃

They have deals now, so they are more affordable than breaking the bank, especially nowadays! Great food. Never disappoints. If you don't do the deals, it will break the bank.

My food was over cooked. Slim selections as they were out of a lot. The people were nice however and place was clean.

Food was good but too hot inside the restaurant.

$20 for a double char with cheese and bacon meal. Ripoff.

App and Google both say they close at 10pm, stopped by a little after 9pm, doors were locked. 🫠

Very rude staff I went to the drive thru and the manager at the time JENNIFER was having a really bad attitude she was rushing my entire order and made my son cry because she forgot his gummy even though I ordered it she said she confirmed it on the order when I went inside to let her know her mistake she didn't seem to care at all so I left worst experience ever with this establishment.

I love the habit it is one of my favorite places to go eat but after I went and ate with my family today I was racially profiled by an old white lady that was working there my sister had overheard her complaining to her coworker after I had gone to sit down she had said "I don't know why these mexicans are always expecting to get everything for free" after I asked for sauce when I went to pick up the food because I had forgot to order it as if I didn't just pay for my food I will never again be stepping into this establishment

The beef at SANTA BARBARA CHAR is quite refreshing, and the PORTABELLA CHAR is a strong option, but today's strawberry milkshake was a bit of a failure, and the straw couldn't be sucked up at all.
