Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. Nobody in the drive thru, they made us pull back out into the freeway and park in the adjacent lot to pick up the order. Why?! Nobody was in the drive thru and nobody came into the drive thru after us!

Went to drive through. No other cars in line behind me. Got 3 breakfast sandwiches. They made me pull out onto the highway into the next parking lot at mountain mikes to wait for the food. This is a dang highway and there never was another vehicle in line behind me. STOP DOING THIS FOR YOUR STUPID TIMER. PUTTING MY FAMILY AT RISK HAVING TO GO ONTO THE HIGHWAY TWICE SO YOU DONT GET DINGED BY CORPORATE FOR BEING SLOW IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Burgers were okay, fries were burnt. Drinks were all ice, got 4 sips tops out of their regular drink. The nuggets were cold and hard. For the price, you can find a local burger spot that will have better customer service and non-stale food. Not a bad experience, just meh 🤷♀️

They have you park in the pizza parking lot too wait for your food...THEN DON'T EVEN PACK THE RIGHT
I just called about the $1 junior cheeseburger special, for national cheeseburger day. They indicated that you can only purchase one burger with additional purchase. So really, that's not going to do much. Not too good of a deal when you come to think of it. You're better off going to Chili's for a nice, big burger, and some fries, chips & salsa for only $10 & change. I went the trouble of uploading the app, thinking I might get a decent deal at Wendy's, going to delete my app right now. LOL

Unfortunatly the heavy front doors pinched my friends arm in between them and by the time we got in car she was bleeding pretty bad. Looked like she needed stiches but she was so embarassed we left abruptly.

Went through drive thru and ordered with a coupon, went to add more to roder and lady said we can only use 1 coupon which I don't understand her saying that when we were only using 1. Thank God I checked the bags because we were given the food for the car behind us. They take the food back and give us our right order but guess it irritates them if you ask for extra sauces and then don't give you what you ask for....now I remember why I don't come here very often.

I went to Wendy’s not that long ago today , and the drive thru service was not that well! I asked for two meal deals & they over priced it & didn’t give me the correct meal. I believe the kids name is Jorge he was rude and shoved everything in my face! Wendy’s you can do better!
