A restaurant with little self control of its employees. They cheat the drive through metrics, they chat so much and not focus on the orders that need to be out promptly . 01/01/2026 7:00pm walked in, employees were gossip and making rude comment of someone who probably works with them. 2 females and a male were working during the shift . Not sure if they’re allowed to, but this place seems out of shape

This review is for the food quality only. It had been at least 6 months since I last ate at this Wendy's. I purchased a Taco Salad, (2) Chili's and a Lg Soda. The Chili and Soda were fine. Taco Salad was garbage. They used to give a small bag of tortilla chips and a pouch of sour cream. They now give a smaller bag of tortilla crumbs and a crappy tomittio salsa topping, something I wouldn't feed my dog. $23.00 for what I'd call a garbage meal. Just a side note. I've read in the news where Wendy's (the company) is struggling financially and closing poorly performing locations. Word to the wise Wendy's, I know things are becoming more expensive in today's economy. That's all fine and dandy but don't raise prices and cut corners on quality. If the store business has dropped off maybe you should look into why your bottom line (profits) has noticeably dropped off.

Overall the food is tasty, however the two times I’ve stopped in the fries are not fresh and it ruins the enjoyment of my meal.
Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. Nobody in the drive thru, they made us pull back out into the freeway and park in the adjacent lot to pick up the order. Why?! Nobody was in the drive thru and nobody came into the drive thru after us!

Went to drive through. No other cars in line behind me. Got 3 breakfast sandwiches. They made me pull out onto the highway into the next parking lot at mountain mikes to wait for the food. This is a dang highway and there never was another vehicle in line behind me. STOP DOING THIS FOR YOUR STUPID TIMER. PUTTING MY FAMILY AT RISK HAVING TO GO ONTO THE HIGHWAY TWICE SO YOU DONT GET DINGED BY CORPORATE FOR BEING SLOW IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Burgers were okay, fries were burnt. Drinks were all ice, got 4 sips tops out of their regular drink. The nuggets were cold and hard. For the price, you can find a local burger spot that will have better customer service and non-stale food. Not a bad experience, just meh 🤷♀️
