Took forever with our food and when we got it , it was cold and I asked for key to restroom they go and open it but while I was still in there doing my necessities they nock and I said out loud yes I'm in here still opened the door on me like you effen damm serious waooww! I ordered through DoorDash and WingStop send the wrong flavor. I only got a $7 credit from DoorDash. I called WingStop and they replaced it but I had to go get it. There was no apologies for the order being wrong and no offer of anything extra for my troubles.

This place is Nasty they give you the food you order cold and fries were hard and stail just like crumbs I just ordered today and again they forgot to give me my corn and I always ask for my wings well done and they make them with the saggy skin bad service I don't recommend this place I rather drive 50 miles to another Town to another wingstop.

Had to wait another 15 mins past the fulfillment time. They didn't include my wings in the bag when they said the order was ready. When I went to correct it they owed up to the issue but when I opened the box they had the incorrect sauce and gave me boneless when I ordered bone-in. Frustrating to pay more and get less.

Good food and newly opened location in Capitola, CA. It was bustling when we were there, so it's got a demand. The counter was clean and the staff was friendly. Good pricing for the food delivered to our appetite.

I ordered through door dash , the driver did there job why couldn’t wing stop do theirs and i didn’t get a receipt either.
