If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. AMAZING is an understatement. This is some of the best authentic food I've ever had the pleasure of trying. So good! Can't wait to go back!

Great food and the ladies are amazing!! We have spent 13 months in Baja and Guerrero Mexico, and we ALWAYS stop at Koritas Taco Truck when passing through Los Molinos BECAUSE... It is absolutely authentic Mexican food that reminds us of the amazing food we enjoyed in Mexico. Don't get me wrong --I love California-style Mexican cuisine, but this place is pure Mexican: Aged Cojita instead of Monterey Jack, homemade tortillas, wide variety of meats - all perfectly cooked. Enjoy a real Mexican meal here.

Delicious ??❤️
My husband loves burritos and loves stopping to get one any time we see a cute lil place like this one. He said that these are one of the best burritos he's ever had and will bring it up every time we are in this area. 10/10 will be back ☺️

Was hoping to find a quick-lunch-stop (sit down) taqueria in Los Molinos when I drive through weekly. This is actually a "food truck" and it is parked out in front of a place that looks like it used to be a restaurant, but I was willing to give it a try and boy was I surprised. The best burrito I have had in Northern California for sure. Flavor, freshness and good service. Coming from San Diego, I know good Mexican food and have a hard time finding it up north. So glad I found this gem. Those women really know how to cook. This is now a regular stop for me!!
Had two tacos! Amazing taste. These were maybe the best we've ever had. I also had a pork tamale that was really good too. Ratios of meat to masa we're perfect! Two thumbs up

Hate to review my secret spot but here you go. This place is probably the best taco truck in the whole North State! My favorite is the Carnitas with handmade taco tortillas. Yes handmade, like real deal I feel like I'm in Mexico handmade tortillas. You can order, walk across the street grab a drink/beer and by the time you're back your food will be ready. Otherwise they have a funky second hand store to browse through while waiting. If money is tight, bring your recycling next door and they'll give you plenty of taco money for a bag of cans. The el pastor and carne asada is also good. Sure they have legit burritos tostadas and tortas but handmade tortillas are definitely the gem here!

I don't know why we didn't try Las Koritas sooner! Excellent food and very nice people. Love the nachos. The lady there didn't hesitate to offer us a jump when our car wouldn't start. We didn't even ask her! She saw we were having trouble and came over to help. If you read this, thank you so much! Highly recommended!
Fresh food and very tasty. It's a good truck and they provide picnic tables.
