I'm a frequent flyer at Ascendo's Osos location, and have been a fan of this company since it was still called Bello. The staff there is wonderful and what makes the location so much fun. The changes in the past few months have been interested as it's clear ownership is trying to make some money saving changes. Please know that during the closure the community has missed the staff and their positivity!

I asked the gentlemen if their Wi-Fi was working and had a good speed, and they assured me it was. After getting my drink and connecting to the Wi-Fi, I found it so slow that I couldn't even read my email. Now I understand why their coffee shop is empty while others have lines outside. I hope the owner or manager takes note of this

A beautiful place, great coffee, delicious cookies, kind and helpful service, cleanliness well above many similar coffee spots. The boardgames could be better organized, but that's on the customers. Come for the needed buzz, stay for the atmosphere and cool scene. You will want to come back.

Pretty busy and loud, but that is to expect on a somewhat rainy day as I am sure a good amount of the business was from people who were keeping dry didn't want to sit outside at Nautical Bean.

Lovely cup of coffee with steamed milk. Smooth, flavorful, not bitter. Nice calm vibe. Friendly staff that look you in the eye, speak distinctly and slowly when they talk to you, and they are not rushed. I like that!

Took my little one here for his first hot chocolate, they were friendly even in the midst of a crazy holiday rush and made us the most delicious coffee shop hot chocolate (with real melted chocolate) I’ve ever had at a coffee shop at perfect kid temp.
