No one takes your order and there's only one kiosk so you'll be waiting in line. The kiosk is the most non user friendly system I've seen, probably designed by the government. You're stuck in line waiting for people to figure it out

Touch screen was cumbersome, and employees just ignored you. I wanted the sourdough jack with curly fries. But could not figure how to select it. If this is the future, that more power to you. I will just go else where that values their customers.

This location needs to get it together. Rude customer service, food is cold, put in mobile order due to time crunch, waited 20 min in the store for my order and it wasn't even busy. The few customers that were here all look irritated.

I can't believe, the service and the filthiest atmosphere, 2 employees and they don't care about serving customers, incomplete orders, the coffee like sock water and cold. The disgusting bathrooms and the stinky water dump I won't stop there again, my worst experience!

There is no restroom for you even dining in!!! Both men and women. I don’t believe both of them are not working. They just don’t want the restroom opened!
I stood inside at the counter for almost 15 minutes. The guy doing drive-through was taking order after order, but no one would come to the counter. There was four of us in line waiting, and no one cared about us enough to come check. Two of us ended up leaving and going to Arby’s where we agreed that we got great service

It's 9.57pm lobby closes at 10 and it's locked. Drive thru closes at 12 and they won't take my order because I'm not in a car. I drive a semi and they refuse to take my order.
