Went here tonight not realizing they now close at 8:30 pm instead of 9 pm and the person taking orders (Allie) was super sweet. Family of 4 came in after me and took their sweet time, had no clue what they wanted, ordered coffee at 8:30 at night and asked Allie what they should get. She went above and beyond for them and never once acted like they came in way too late. I don’t know if I could have been as kind. Got a couple of shakes and was treated to a lecture on the history of fosters freeze, lol cool but the marshmallows in my dates milkshake were really stale and old tasting so maybe skip the rocky road and go with the coffee like I did
Such very long lines and long time to get food. It's about the only place along the area to get a meal. There is a a small Subway, and the Jackson Casino I assume has a restaurant. There's also a Carl's Jr. at a round-about, 20 minutes farther, but can never find a parking place at the gas station setting. Been going to this Foster Freeze for 40 years +. Gotten so busy. Stood in line 45 minutes to order and another 30 to get the food. Prices are much higher now....
