When you get into the front and back doors, both are just next to the drive thru driveway, it was pretty dangerous even the cars don’t drive fast. When I ordered the strawberry sunset, I expected more tea flavor than the fruit, however the strawberry syrup was too sweet for me.. anyway all the staffs were very nice and welcoming!

Man never In my life I’ve ever threw up drinking an iced coffee !!! It’s very bad not even Starbucks would make me feel this way . It’s my second time buying a drink and previously a year ago I’ve tried their house coffee and it’s was pretty bad in my opinion because of the after taste of a nutty foam . So I’m back a year later trying it again and got the Vietnamese iced coffee. When I finished my iced coffee , I started to taste a weird after taste of a powdery nutty cheese foam fusion like the house coffee , but didn’t put too much attention to it. I’ve started to feel weird half an hour later and ended up puking .Idk if they are cross contaminating other drinks or got it mixed up but they need to change their way on how they are preparing customers coffees or be very sanitized … not even the coffee that I’ve ordered a year ago made me this nauseous …. never again.

Vietnamese coffee is refreshing and customer service is friendly! Drive-thru is available too which is great 👍🏾.

This place has such horrible service the seals are not sealed all the way correctly I’m on my way to work shake my coffee and it’s splatter all over my work cloths had to go to work like that and then you walk inside and lo they are doing is talking About their personal life and you hear it all the way in lobby so unprofessional they need to send these to training or something…

Drinks were tasty and light, whatever oat milk they use is incredible so definitely sub from 2% milk, not much of a selection but good enough. Only problem was the guy who took the order, no patience sour face just rude in general. Fire the trash and get someone better to take the orders easily 4.5

It took them 30 minutes in the driveway to prepare a 16 oz Spanish latte. Absolutely insane. And then when you get your drink there’s coffee spilled all over it as if they rushed to prepare it?
The coffee is good, but the wait is terrible and the product is sloppy.
why is this location the only one constantly out of boba in the evenings?
you DO realize a drive thru may actually bring in an uptick of traffic passing through by way of 2 local fwys?
given this has happened to me at this location at least 5 times and only 1 other time by all other visited locations combined....this should be looked at.
