Called about 4 times around 8:30pm and no one picked up.. I ordered a cake through the app and it clearly states that they close at 10pm and my cake pick up time was at 9:45pm. So we went at 9pm to see if it was ready and the employee had just closed and he refused to give me my cake (that has been paid for) and stated that they are closed. I was speaking to him through the glass door and he said those hours online are wrong and have not been changed
