Went to buy a cake at 11:30am and it was still closed despite their sign clearly stating they open at 11am.

Called about 4 times around 8:30pm and no one picked up.. I ordered a cake through the app and it clearly states that they close at 10pm and my cake pick up time was at 9:45pm. So we went at 9pm to see if it was ready and the employee had just closed and he refused to give me my cake (that has been paid for) and stated that they are closed. I was speaking to him through the glass door and he said those hours online are wrong and have not been changed

I love ice cream decided to get a shake here was loving it till I got to not even a quarter of the shake I hit whole a** pecans all in my shake wasn't present when it was made but it was clear the shake was rushed thru drink wasn't properly churned leaving me w a lumpy a** drink couldn't even drink it thru the straw had to drink it manually on top of that b they gave me this thin a** straw for this thick a** drink not even the original pink straw it was some weird a** white one the red one u see that one is mine truly upset won't recommend or return .....

We wanted to stop by to grab some ice cream and it's 9:25pm on a Saturday. However, the store hours on Yelp and Google states that it closes at 10pm. The worker there seemed bothered and didn't even respond when we tried to ask. She seemed mad at us when we approached the door. This is bad customer customer and unacceptable. If the business says it's close at the designated time, it should close at said time or update your Yelp and Google. It seems like we're not the only customers that experienced this. I guess just save your money and time for somewhere else.

Supposedly they close at 10. But when I went it ladies were cleaning and it had barely hit 9 and I tried to open the door and the lady said it was closed.
