Go ther weekends when the meat is cooked fresh thru out the week it's dry leftovers

last time we were there my wife got a hair with her plate of birria and almost ate it, she couldn't keep eating, almost vomited, she was REALLY DISGUSTED BY IT, I didn't finish my plate but took the rest home but I still had to pay for my plate and the drink she order, the cashier lady got a little upset I didn't leave any tip ? and on top of it a guy with a guitar sung couple of songs and he expects everyone to gave him some money, he stood next to us for quite a while as to shame us, if the restaurant wants live music they should pay for it not the customers, safe to say we are not going back any time soon.

This pseudo birria is terrible, I ordered beef but it was bad, dry, without flavor... and the consommé was poor...
Poor people how they deceive them!!!
