My family order the cake for different occasions n this bakery and I like it very much but yesterday everybody was telling me that too much icing n not bread n not fruit !!!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Every year we order the same cake for my mom's birthday and every year it tastes fantastic. However, the reason I am giving a one star review is for the management's lack of service. This year the bakery got my order wrong by giving me a chocolate cake instead of a vanilla, so I called and was given an email address to contact so that a manager could call me back.
