This Carl’s Jr is poorly run. They always try to charge you more than what you’re asking for. You have to repeat that you don’t want the combo atleast 2x. They also cheat on drive thru times always asking you too back up and move forward to make it seem like they are faster than they actually are. That is annoying and I’m not backing up when you guys ask.

Today I had the privilege of eating at Carl's Jr. And the service of the staff, especially Mayra Molina, was very friendly, very professional and very trained, and especially the patience she had when assisting me. 5 stars for Mayra Molina.
