You order a burger/sandwich and they give you literally BROWN mushy lettuce. How can they not even care? Ppl pay to eat, this isn’t free. The least they can do is give decent ingredients, lettuce is GREEN not BROWN!!!

I got a rewards app and a free sandwich, and I never got it due to some issues with the cash register, so I have to pay for it, by the way I told if I can talk to the manager in turn her name is SILVIA do not bother she never show up so go to a different place not at Lynnwood location.

Horrible customer service this was teh worsted experience I've ever had I waited 8 minutes just for them to take my order. This is ridiculous. They had an attitude and we ordered to dine in and they left out food on the counter in bags
