Had an awful smell like a main line pipe burst. The server was none existing. Party tables were sticky.

Very bad attention from 2 of the workers at this chuck. Cheese! In the trampoline area, they told us that my 4 year old had to have non-slip socks, when my child brought his own non-slip socks, to take them down and had to buy the ones they sell here in the store! When nowhere in the regulations does it say that you have to buy them right here! 😡 it's pure business! Obvious
Don't put my child down! Because my husband was already at the checkout, buying the socks that are from the business itself! The worker was very rude and arrogant!!!!! ! It's not fair that the workers are so arrogant and rude! This chuck E did not recommend that. Cheese!!! 😡

I brought my grandkids here for the first time. We've been to plenty Chuck E cheese's but at this one was our first time. Starting out I'll say they don't have really good packages like other locations have that include the cards for rides. The pizza was delicious and the large cookie we got with it was really good. I didn't like the half raw sausages on the pizza but the pepperoni was very good.
What I found completely ghetto though was inside the Chuck E Cheese is an activity area that is sold separately! So if you purchase cards for $25 to $50 that lets the kids play the games. In order to jump on the trampoline in the little activity area you have to pay an extra $16. That just seems like some bootleg marketing to me. There was even a little staff bodyguard there to prevent the kids from just running in and jumping without paying. It was empty the entire time we were there.
When I went to take a picture I saw two kids that just ran in.
I won't be returning for that ghetto reason. And one of my grandkids went to turn their cards in to see what type of toys they qualified for even though we had purchased two cards at $75. They only qualified for a sheet that was torn out of a coloring book.

This place is conveniently located inside the mall. You can just park at the top and walk right into Chuck E. Cheese without having to go through the mall.
Plenty of space lots of seating and a variety of games so that everybody can be a kid for a while.

It’s cool here. The staff is very friendly and make themselves available to you for questions. It gets busy on weekends and some of the more popular games don’t really work.

Staff super rude . They would make ugly faces at us at the birthday party area. Looked like they didn’t know how to work.

The pizza doesn't taste like back in the day and the games cost too much for the time you get to actually play.

One of the best Chuck E. Cheese restaurants I have visited. Visit the Plaza De México site. I was there to celebrate a child's birthday. The restaurant was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Kuddos to this site!!!
