Kid-friendliness: The food is average at best.. The cashier/waitress is very rude, and can't give change correctly. Watched her short change 3 people that paid with cash, while waiting for my food. They also charge $1 for the restroom.

The waitress is the worst!! Simply because of the appearance of a person she lets herself be carried away by what she looks and not by what a person is worth... she treats you as a thief, a beggar, starving just because the fact that you arrive ONE day that maybe it will be YOUR last day and the only thing you have on your mind to be able to enjoy fruit, maybe YOUR last dish. And it is because of the fact that this woman was not found at home or she is simply working out of obligation or because Plano is a woman who They can't see her anywhere and she has no choice but to meet in a place where she shouldn't be...if you don't like YOUR job, leave the space to someone who has a need for what she does. I'm really someone who has a need. But let her do her job as if it were her own business...this woman doesn't even deserve to tip her!! Understand, woman. If they come to you with a VISA...THAT says everything VISA.!! OR DO THEY NOT FIT THEM WELL?? THE OWNERS ARE VERY BAD. PAY ATTENTION TO WHO IS STANDING UP FOR YOU.

This place is a horrible food is completely trash no flavor they use old meat you can tell by the taste of the food and customer service is the worst part the owner is crazy

Completely disappointed, we came from Downey to visit this place is was recommended by the owner sister, unfortunately the service was terrible, the food took long to arrive, price definitely over price. Although Saint Francis Hospital is across, Im guessing that is the reason. But not the everyone makes a nurse or Doctors salary. Anyways, beside is overpriced we got. Charge for everything, salsa, chips, serranos, they said they gave us handmade tortillas but the taste was aweful. Machaca con huevo $18, a rice and bean burrito $11, a molcajete for 2 $46, the molcajete was filled with beans, not hot sauce on it, so they can top it up with two small pieces of arrachera meat, chicken and cheese, the most simple molcajete that you have to ever since, there was nor grilled onions, nopales. Only one waiter ,and I believe only one cooker. i also order a capirotada which was price at the wall at $5.99 and was over charged at my receipt. Then they add to my receipt a service charge of $17.00 , chips $4.99 for one person salsa $1.59 salsa size less than 1oz. Wait still more, if you want to use your debit or credit card there is a 3.5/4% charge fee. I definitely not coming back. Next time they might charge me gir breathing inside.

The service was bad. Waitresses talking and laughing instead of acknowledging that they have a customer. On top of that now they don’t just offer you the chips and salsa until u place ur order and they charge you extra for it. My daughter asked for more salsa and they said it’s extra charge as well. Woah! I was ? when I seen my receipt and it said 4.25 for the small cup of horchata and 8.25 for 2 sodas. Food is definitely over priced. Not going back after this. It’s not what it use to be a few years back I wonder if it’s still the same owner.

This Place got me sick plus it was 20!! Dollars for 1 burrito n horchata...ONLY?? KUMON YALL CAN DO BETTER!! Gave me the runs!!! Don't

The prices are very high and the quantity and quality very little,The shrimp broth only has 3 shrimp and only vegetables, the burrito de azada only has rice and beans, ? and therefore $$$$$

Prices are incredibly high!On the menu a carne asada burrito was $11.99 but when I got charged it was $16.99 , with an horchata it was $21. It’s crazy expensive and the food is okay.

The best food I have tried in a long time. The Chiles Rellenos, the Pozole and Menudo are some of the dishes I have tried. Karina is excellent in providing the best service. I have read other reviews about prices but I prefer quality always. You get what you pay for.
