Bad bad all bad pollo loco in this location ,got dinner n bought 2 classic chicken tostadas this is what I got pic below nothing like the picture on the menu disappointed n gross 🤮 I couldn’t go back that night there were almost closing

I’ve been coming here for a few years and went again today. I tried their new burrito bowl using the Kiosk and happy that one of the workers came by to make sure I was still ok. Not only did he make sure I didn’t need assistance but he really gave such great service and welcoming energy. My food came out in a timely manner and delicious as always!
I’m happy to say I would return because of the service I received today. Thank you Torres hope you know how much I appreciated your help today.

Worst Pollo Loco , employees have a very bad attitude towards customers , food its old and they think people who order online try to get free food from them , employees discriminated customers just because this location is in Lynwood California , near many homeless people , to the owner : please training is very important .

Place my order online to make it fast and easy to pick up, but still had to wait, which was okay if they were at least were to give my order right, and the pieces are so small, not worth it. Very disappointed 😞

The chicken was well flavored and juicy. My daughter who is a picky eater likes coming here. Not a great place to vibe to though.
