Went through the drive through, was told to wait to order several times with only 1 person ahead of me. After at least 5-7 minutes the worker took our order, wrong of course, even after repeating it twice. Got to the window and waited another 7-10 minutes without a greeting. I let the worker know my order was incorrect and she said oh well and proceeded to charge me. I didn't complain as my kids were hungry and we were now running late. I asked for condiments and the worker threw, yes threw, 2 ranch in the bag and immediately closed the window. My inlaws live near and my kids like Jack in the box so we visit once a month but I'm finally done. There's other options in the same shopping center and across the street.

– Bad Service at Jack in the Box (Long Beach Blvd, Lynwood)

I am an Uber Eats delivery driver and frequently pick up orders at this restaurant. I want to report the terrible service I constantly receive. They give me incorrect or incomplete orders, even when I have already confirmed them and I notify them immediately that they are wrong. Instead of correcting the error, they ignore me or respond rudely, without any intention of solving the problem. This forces me to decide between delivering a poorly made order or wasting time and affecting my grade.

When I ask to speak to the supervisor, I don't know if it really is or if it's just another employee pretending to be one. The treatment is disrespectful, they show no interest in helping and on several occasions they have spoken to me with a defiant attitude. I have also experienced discrimination, being treated with less respect than other customers or delivery people.

The poor service at this establishment not only affects me, but also the customers who receive incorrect orders and have a bad experience with the brand. If they do not take concrete actions against the responsible personnel and do not improve the treatment of the delivery people, I will seek to file a formal complaint with the corresponding entities for discrimination and mistreatment in the service towards me. I expect an immediate response and solution.

The food is good. Dua, how do you mess up a burger. They say open 24 hours but it's only if you have a car. Many of us don't drive. Try to ignore the little old Mexican that takes care of the yard, he's bad news and will try to chase you away. I don't understand why they would employ someone like that.

Jumbo Jack was well below average. It was barely warm and it did not appear fresh at all. Aside from the sub-par burger quality, the drive thru cashier was unfriendly and unpleasant.. maybe because it was late evening and maybe he was having a bad day.. in any case, I give my overall rating of 2 stars.

This place sucks and will never fail to get your order wrong every time. I just went through the drive through and was parked for 20 minutes just to be given the wrong order. The shakes they gave me were already melted and fries cold I go back to let them know they got it wrong just to wait another 10 minutes for them to get the order wrong again. Ordered tacos and one didn't even have meat in it. At this point, I can't even give yall the benefit of the doubt. Don't come here if you want to get what you pay for they just give you what they want. Don't come here at all.

Jack in the box needs to change their hours that are posted on their door and on Google. It all says 6 am but it's now 7 and they aren't open yet. This isn't the first time I've been turned away do to their hours of operation. They don't run 24 hours a day like it's advertised. Very poor service 😞

I always buy 2 or 3 combos, there has never been a time when they give me them the way I ask for them, I ask for curly fries and they give me regular ones, I ask for plain and they put everything in it, the worst thing... you ask for soda without ice and they give it, you complain to them and they get upset
