Ordered smoothie + turkey sausage breakfast burrito through the app, got there and they don't have burritos 🙃 asked for a refund and I guess the dude is new and hasn't ever done one before. Gonna be pretty pissed if that doesn't go through :/ he also skimped on the smoothie, didn't get my money's worth and it doesn't look completely blended either. Overall extremely disappointed with this location as a frequent Jamba customer

Love this Jamba Juice its the closest to my house, but the black girl on the closing shift has an attitude everytime we come in to buy drinks, also saw her interrogating a new guy instead of teaching him. She doesn't greet us, treats us as if she is tired of seeing us,(we go few times a week with our usual order) no customer service at all just upset everytime she gets customers. We usually ignore it but at this point id rather drive the extra miles to the next jamba juice than rather deal with her rudeness and nasty attitude. We've nothing but nice to her hoping she would come around but nope.

Idk why the guy has to have an attitude while taking orders and even ignores me when I try to ask him a question. Got my order wrong too. Got a free bar for ordering again by the other nicer guy who helped me out. If he had helped me out first I’d of rated better.

I keep trying to give them a chance but their Chunky Strawberry Bowls are always disgusting! This time the fruit on top of the bowl was old! It smelled gross and the smoothie was stiff and salty. I'm always disappointed when I ordered from here. I will just stick to the one by my job in Lakewood.

First time here. Cashier was pleasant and had great costumer service attitude. But the other employee needed to work on her costumer service/ manners . When a costumer or just in general a person who says " thank you" ( when your drink is ready) say "your welcome" or something back). But overall clean atmosphere and will come again.
