Please check your food before handing it out to customers, mashed potatoes went bad god knows since when and they continue to serve them 𤮠I called the store once at home but they didn't seem to care, this just reminded me why I stopped comong here. Let's not forget about poor customer service.

Today, the KFC in Lynwood, California truly saved our event. We had originally ordered 260 pieces of chicken from Food 4 Less in Lynwood for a family repass. Unfortunately, due to the severe weather, their power went out and they were unable to fulfill the order. Suddenly, I was left thinking, āWhat am I going to do?ā ā with over 100 guests to feed.
We called the KFC in Lynwood, and from the moment they answered, they were incredibly accommodating. Despite the last-minute request and the large quantity, the management and staff stepped in with professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to help. They prepared the order quickly and efficiently, turning what could have been a disaster into a blessing.
The team at KFC Lynwood went above and beyond, and their phenomenal service made all the difference. We deeply appreciate the management and every worker involved.

Worst service ever I waited 20 minutes to pay and they didn't take my order they only care about the Mobil orders and they notice you waiting they make eye contact and when you say something they are very Jude I don't recommend coming here

Great taste, the only bad thing is that they're not prepared for the Tuesday special of 8 pieces for$10. They run out of chicken I had to wait 1 hour and the line was getting longer and longer.

You got to be careful with the food you try to oder you might get hair in your mac and chess or cold slaw and if you don't go in and order your food from the inside you will sometime get a dry out chicken or over cook chicken

Do not even bother to come to this location worse customer service ever the drive thru takes forever to take your order plus the cashier is so rude never again . They didnāt even get my order right and I get it working in customer service can be very stressful and frustrating at times . It doesnāt take a lot to just take a simple order when thereās no line in the drive thru . I waited over 15 mins and on top of it to get my order wrong and get a rude response while ordering from the drive thru cashier .

I had a terrible experience at this KFC location. I went through the drive-through during my lunch break and didnāt realize until I was back at work that I received the wrong order. Unfortunately, I couldnāt return right away since I didnāt have time for another trip to the KFC location.
I tried calling 3 times to let them know about the mistakeānot a single answer. Since I wasnāt able to come back until after work (5 hours later), I tossed the food, I would have ate the order but it was nothing close to what I had offered. Which was a pie when I had ordered tenders.
When I finally made it back, I showed Manager Daisy a photo of the incorrect food with my receipt as proof, but she did not care at all and refused to refund me or offer me the right order because I didnāt have the food. It had obviously been sitting out all dayāwhat was I supposed to do? Hold onto spoiled food just to prove their mistake?
As someone who has worked in customer service, I am super understanding when mistakes happenāI know how busy and stressful it can get. But what really disappointed me was the complete lack of care and effort to make things right. A simple apology and a reasonable solution would have gone a long way.
To make things worse, KFCās online support is uselessātheir AI chatbot just kept repeating that no agent was available to help after I called location multiple times.
This location needs better customer service and accountability. Answer your phones, own up to your mistakes, and train your staff to care about customers.
