You got to be careful with the food you try to oder you might get hair in your mac and chess or cold slaw and if you don't go in and order your food from the inside you will sometime get a dry out chicken or over cook chicken

Do not even bother to come to this location worse customer service ever the drive thru takes forever to take your order plus the cashier is so rude never again . They didn’t even get my order right and I get it working in customer service can be very stressful and frustrating at times . It doesn’t take a lot to just take a simple order when there’s no line in the drive thru . I waited over 15 mins and on top of it to get my order wrong and get a rude response while ordering from the drive thru cashier .

I had a terrible experience at this KFC location. I went through the drive-through during my lunch break and didn’t realize until I was back at work that I received the wrong order. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return right away since I didn’t have time for another trip to the KFC location.

I tried calling 3 times to let them know about the mistake—not a single answer. Since I wasn’t able to come back until after work (5 hours later), I tossed the food, I would have ate the order but it was nothing close to what I had offered. Which was a pie when I had ordered tenders.

When I finally made it back, I showed Manager Daisy a photo of the incorrect food with my receipt as proof, but she did not care at all and refused to refund me or offer me the right order because I didn’t have the food. It had obviously been sitting out all day—what was I supposed to do? Hold onto spoiled food just to prove their mistake?

As someone who has worked in customer service, I am super understanding when mistakes happen—I know how busy and stressful it can get. But what really disappointed me was the complete lack of care and effort to make things right. A simple apology and a reasonable solution would have gone a long way.

To make things worse, KFC’s online support is useless—their AI chatbot just kept repeating that no agent was available to help after I called location multiple times.

This location needs better customer service and accountability. Answer your phones, own up to your mistakes, and train your staff to care about customers.

Ordered on the kiosk. 2pc meal. Should've been $5 + tax. However, totaled to $8.49. I selected cash as payment. The cashier said it's $9.49. I informed him the price on the screen , he said it didn't include tax. I said if it's a $5 meal and the price is $8.49 isn't that the tax. He said he didn't know but the final price for a 2pc is $9.49. Do not eat at this place.

Zero star if I could came in waited for 20 minutes just to be attended while they seen me waiting, also the girl was talking crap about the customers and was very rude the only nice worker is the guy they need better employes the girl kept saying things in the back heard the whole conversation while waiting to be attended smh some tan/ mixed girl didn’t get her name but she needs better customer service, yarilhy was really nice and seen I needed help and the guy

Darn! I request to cook few extra minutes, and heck yeah! It tastes like mine! Love this particular KFC! One this I hate is I have to pay $1.00 to exchange mashed potatoes and gravy for my favorite COLESLAW!

First of all let me start by sayin this I was so angry because I didn’t want to stop at that particular one because I was taking my friend to inland Empire last week we stopped over there got her a couple of pieces of chicken and a drink before we made it to the 605 freeway she was sick so I took her straight to the hospital in the inland Empire and they said that she was salmonella poisoning. I was back there because of my brother he has stage four liver cancer so I tried to keep him satisfied but after I went into the drive-through someone had a very bad attitude and this was at 415 p.m. Central time so I parked the car and came in the kiosk machine was not working well so now I asked for help there is two gentlemen sitting in the dining area they were very angry because there were bucks flying around ness or something I don't truly know and there was absolutely no air condition in the building when is well over 80° outside so when getting inside of KFC it's hot now I'm thinking to myself do I want to get this food for my brother because I know or I'm assuming that employees are now sweating on my brothers food I have more to say but I'm gonna close it here because I'm getting angry why is there a on the wall and the employees can't even enjoy what they're doing. Whenever I get a job I try my best to enjoy therefore my time goes by quickly sometimes I don't even wanna leave my job I wanna stay at work and with that being said not employees happy and satisfied as well customers? I have more to say but I'm closing now I'm very very angry because I didn't get my brother anything and I don't have a car now because the parking is so bad I had to go park my car somewhere get out and walk to find my brother some food thank you KFC for nothing

Vegetarian options: Unfortunately I have absolutely nothing to tell the people about when it comes to KFC Lynwood located on Imperial Atlantic across the street from wittchells donuts

I asked for a little extra korean barbecue sauce on the side and was met with dumbfounded looks, after waiting for over half an hour at the drive thru, finally got my food only to receive overcooked, dry food and Carina; the manager, provided extremely unprofessional and hostile customer service. Additionally, this may not be the manager's name because when I asked for the manager's name they said that they are not allowed to provide names and after this confrontation they gave a name out randomly but only after the fact. If there was a possibility I would rate this establishment two zeroes out of 5.

This place is absolutely horrible. The first time I ate here in 2020 I had eaten a biscuit and threw up from eating it. I don't know if it was cause it tasted bad or it made me sick maybe both but then I came here a second time during 2023. Let me tell you this was on Thanksgiving of 2023 when this happened. I had ordered chicken I don't know which one specifically but I had ate it. The food didn't taste bad but it was really dry. After I had ate the food I wasn't feeling good and had to throw up. I had thrown up everything I ate. I had got food poisoning from here twice in a 3 year span. The food poisoning had lasted 2 weeks and I was throwing up, having trouble breathing, coughing, sneezing, immense pain, and diarrhea. This is the worst food I have ever ate in my life. I will never go to any KFC again.
