The strawberries look old and taste old there so sting with there fruits on the tostilocos also there super dry. Never been so disappointed and there so expensive.

The esquite they serve it with the whole chips. Feel like its better than the powder cheetos. Well served and good tastes. The drinks as well. Loved the horchata.My drinks ended up falling since they werent secured. They ended up replacing it for free both drinks.Fast service. Not sure why the bad reviews.

service sucks big girl working was rude i walked in and she said we're closed i said you guys don't close till 9pm i still have a couple min. she said i have a big line and i'm not taking anymore customers ( there were two older lady's in line and a couple that were leaving) then she walked away i have never been talked to so rudely in a place i was going to spend money i was just doing a quick paleta run for the fam bam but sorry fam bam ya not here not with my money service needs to go to training losing a lot of business with these rudy girls working here. i came here cuz i try supporting my raza but man people like these girls make it hard.

I came here for dessert after having tacos next door. XDMy husband order the crepa with banana and strawberries Nutella drizzle. 10/10I ordered 1 scoop of the strawberry leche ice cream 10/10Service was good. Place was nice and clean.They didn't have my favorite fruit papaya :(Plenty of parking.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would! I came and ordered an ice cream. My baby dropped it at the first lick cause the ice cream was not positioned in the cone; and they charged me double to replace it. But the hideous part is how rude both of these women are! KAREN was the one who helped me and offered such bad service and the other one is just arrogant. Def. Not coming back!

I’m kinda shocked after seeing all the negative reviews. I guess it was horrible back then… but tbh, as of today, February of 2023, their service is great! The place looks cute, clean and colorful. The employee that attended me was super sweet. She was a young thin nerdy latina with long black hair. all other employees seemed to be giving a good customer service as well. I ordered a naturalGreen juice and it was filled to the top of the cup. I also ordered a vanilla raspado that was also filled to the top. I don’t get why there are so many bad reviews. Perhaps they had bad employees back then. But it’s all good now. The service was fast too. They definitely did their due diligence. And that’s just that on that. Period.P.S. in the picture, I had already drank half of my natural juice. Don’t come for me. Tf.

This La Michoacana location is better than any other one near me. Their service is friendly Their food and snacks are awesome to satisfy my stomach, I enjoy eating the esquites it taste better here then other locations. Thank you and keep up the good work ?? ?

one worker in particular was very rude with their "no dog policy". (they allow dogs perfectly fine in other locations). the worker told us twice to take our dog out and proceeded in an aggressive tone while making our dog wait in the car.

I told a blonde older lady there . No coco on my bionico.. no coconut on top 4 times, because I hate it and she put coco on it. So pist when I got home I would have returned it but it was close already. No granola even after i said yes. So pist ..

Cons: The previous reviews are correct, girl with tattoos has an attitude like no other ! Also they didn't let us try the ice cream flavors like they do at other locations ! Jugo verde was very watered down no flavor ! Pros: The ice cream bar I got was delicious mango con chamoy ! My friend also liked his Cookie Monster ice cream , I would recommend those ice creams if you visit this location!
