The manager on duty on March 4th 2024 @ around 12:45 was completely rude! She seemed very annoyed. We got home and the burgers were messed up and smashed. Unprofessional. While I was waiting for my order another customer was having issues as well.

It is not a favorite restaurant for me, but for my daughter and my grandchildren, if before the breakfasts were big, now they are so small.
Ordered online, had placed 6 condiments bbq and ketchup on cart free of charge. When I arrived for my order, at the window I was told there was a charge for each condiment! How if online there was no charge and everything was paid for already! The manager tried to get crazy as if it came out of their check! Ridiculous, rude behavior over some ketchup and BBQ!
