These was a cockroach on the wall and it took 45 minutes for me to get my food(I only got a 5 dollar meal), I’m never going here again

Place is so nasty you can see the kitchen struggling in the back with trash or loads of items. Staff is so rude, I sat in curbside pickup for 20+ minutes and went inside and still had to wait another 10+ minutes to tell someone about it. Order was also wrong btw. Overall extremely understaffed and apparently undertrained because that attitude go crazy.

I just want to say that my experience in the drive thru, second window where your food is given out was terrible . The guy giving out the food today 12/2 at 1pm was yapping about customers with the windows open, it wasn't just that he was rude ! Didn't get a hello just a here to get my attention .

This place is by my house. I usually eat there, but today I saw a big roach in the drive-through window in front of the employees face. Maybe they should take more time to clean up.

The 1 star goes towards the higher ups/manager/supervisor during the early morning shift, they have no customer service. I ordered a mobile order, they couldn't get my code & most likely they gave my food to someone else. I asked her for my refund and she gave me attitude and said it will go back into my account. Almost a month later and I still have not received it. I even contacted customer support and nothing. I speak no Spanish and even though I responded in English she still spoke to me in Spanish like I understand her which I didn't. I heard her speak English, but she was still naive and spoke to me in Spanish. The regular employees who give out the orders and take my payment are ALWAYS nice so this is specifically for the higher ups. Work on your customer service!

everytime i go horrible service. workers are rude especially the ladies. the wait is always long. my order was simple and they still got it completely wrong. i recommend going to any other location even if it’s farther.

I just paid a $16 meal for them not to give me the collectors card. And this isn’t the first time. I always get happy meals for my child and I’m either missing the toy or the apples. Every single time I go they miss something. I never get my complete order. I go there because it’s the closest to me but I think today is the last straw. I’m driving to another location from now on

The staff are always nice and this location has reasonable priced food compared to the one on Firestone. They have four different kind of hello Kitty toy and I was lucky to get the one that I have wanted. The place was clean and the surface was fast, I'm very happy

Giving atmosphere a 1 star as there was a tent set up right by the door. This McDonald's in Lynwood certainly has a problem with homeless 2 weeks ago a female was panhandling in the drive thru I bought her 2 breakfast sandwiches but she still continued to panhandle.

We ordered through the McDonald’s mobile app on July 5th at around 1:15 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After giving our code at the speaker, we were told to go straight to the 2nd window since the order was already paid and ready for pickup.
However, when we got to the 2nd window, the cashier was rude and dismissive, telling us, “You should tell the first window, bro,” in a very unprofessional tone. There was clearly miscommunication between their own staff, yet we were the ones who got blamed for following their instructions.
To that employee — please be kind to customers. A little courtesy goes a long way. This kind of service is unacceptable, and we won’t be returning to this branch again.
Avoid this location if you expect decent customer service.
