Gabriel in the Night Shift closing tried to turn us away at 12:45am he said “ we’re closed” I told him it says at 1am you close then he said “ we’re short staffed” after that I told him we just want fries 🍟 he said ok but seeing others in front of us getting food we asked to add a 10 chicken nugget but he said no everything is closed “ off” .. please get better help and nicer customer service workers Also we still saw another car pull behind us so why tell us they are closed. Employees that work there are worthless I paid for my food and they didn't wanna give me the 10 piece nuggets they said because they came under some big macs and I even gave them the bags so that they could check the bags and check for themselves and he even said that they weren't there ...and they even laughed about it and I came home they take them out and I got only 8 piece I payed for my food ...to get my food how it comes I don't think we the clients deserve this type of treatment ....😡

I Had a very bad experience here at this mcdonald's location the workers from morning shift all the lady included the lady manager are very rude and disrespectful I will never come here again my daughter and I had to use the restroom and I was told we needed to wait but the way we were told she screamed at us in Spanish 3 times we needed to wait very loud and really mean and after she had us wait 10 minutes for the code to the restroom then she tells us no we could not use it. No one was using it nor was it being clean they didn't let us just to be mean and for my food they had me wait over a 1/2 hour to get my food and I had dine in I know they did that on purposes i had ask to speak to the manager but she also was very rude and the lady who given the customer there food also it was like they all ganged up on me i felt so disrespected and hopeless because there was nothing been done please avoid this mcdonald's location on Atlantic in the city of Lynwood CA these 3 lady are very rude and disrespectful. And also please get workers who can speak English and Spanish not just Spanish and as for my cup of coffee I had to return it 2 times because the first cup was cold and the second cup was not the correct amount of sugar nor cream and when it was given to me she practically threw at me I was very upset and I am a grown adult so there is no need to speak to me like it I'm a kid if they do not like their job then why work here or if they are having a bad day that is not my fault I am very upset on what had happened I just wanted to have a good morning and eat some breakfast with my daughter as she wanted mommy and daughter time but instead these 3 lady's got me very upset I hope no one else goes through what I experience. In these 2 pictures I post the 3 lady are there the cashier the manager and the lady who was serving the food I was treated horrible here and my food was cold my coffee was cold and I had wait 45 minutes for my food and when I received it she practically threw at me and I couldn't even ask for some contaminates because just for that I waited 20 minutes and they acted like it was coming out of there pockets and they here you because they look at you with that ugly face like it I was bugging and I had ask not just 1 employee not just 2 employee but 3 of them and all are very rude disrespectful and mean and to top it all off the mcdonald's was not full at all so I maybe have understood if they were to busy but no that not the case I hope something can be done because it was not right at all on how I was treated and well as my daughter all I ordered was 1 cup of coffee and some plane pancakes with a chocolate milk so I was not a lot that I had ordered but still should have not been treated that way at all.

Just walked in about 5 mins ago and the manger/supervisor who knows what she is screaming to a employee on a table sitting down in front of people very disrespectful and not acceptable at all this stuff needs to be done after hours with no employees and no guest present with a witness supervisor,Assiant manger present Just by talking to a employee with guest and other present employees around means this manger/supervisor has no managing skill at all

I asked for a plain Big Mac and a large fry, and when they gave me my food the Big Mac was not plain, and the fries weren’t even filled up all the way. And they only gave me one double cheeseburger.
