Melissa has a very bad attitude.
Horrible customer service one of the ladies that worked their happen to open the restroom door while I was their sitting down in the toilet and she’s standing their with a man and all she said was sorry and laughed, instead she could’ve closed the door right away but the fact that she stood their knowing I’m a female and knowing their was a man their watching

Some of the items were not available and I had to wait 10 minutes longer. By the time the second item was added to my order, the rest of the food was cold. A pair of weeks ago I visited the place and the portions were of fair size. Today, they had come back to the smaller portions they served for a long time right after the pandemic time frame.

One worker Melissa no customers in store but me, she kept going to the back to stock or do idk what, she couldn’t even attend the one customer in the store which was me. She completely ignored me

I came in today December 28 930pm. The girl name Melissa with a nasty ass Attitude rushing people with there food she not getting people the enough time to see what they want on there plate. The cashier name hamir c he didn't want to take my cash because I was black he thought my money was fake. I will never come here again very bad customer service. My food wasn't ready I have to wait 10min for Orange chicken

Here today, 9/29 @ 7pm-ish. Get 5 more Gerardo’s and you’ll be golden! He is fast, courteous, patient, and respectful! I sure hope he’s being compensated accordingly!! Everyone else can learn from him, from the tall female after his station to the girl in the back on her cell phone and slamming food bowls. Get more Gerardo’s!!

I had an incredibly disappointing customer service experience with Brenda today at Panda Express. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence. As I tried to engage with her by asking a question, she responded with a curt, one-word answer. Her demeanor made me feel ignored and undervalued as a customer.
I waited for further assistance or acknowledgment, but she continued to ignore me until I had to approach the register myself. This entire interaction left me feeling disappointed, especially since I know Panda Express prides itself on providing friendly and efficient customer service. This experience fell far short of those expectations.
Thank you Denisse for being the only person greeting customers with a smile in the store location.
