Horrible customer service, i went in to order take out and the lady cashier just ignored me. 5 minutes later she came out and finally took my order rudely and tossed my change on the desk. I asked them why didn’t they take my order if I’m the only one there. She said they are busy. Then I told them they could have told me that they’ll help me in 5 min if they were too busy to take my order. The lady just told me she doesn’t care, she’ll do what she wants when she feels like it. I spoke to the manager they just shook their head and waved me off.

I wanted to try papa johns. Each time I’ve had papa johns from various locations, I’ve been disappointed with the food. I wanted to give this location a try and got the stuffed crust pepperoni, the cheese bread and the barbecue chicken. Everything was delicious. I have found my location. The service was also good.

Do pizza delivery drivers no longer come to your front door? I was scolded by a driver for not answering my phone when he was outside on the street, so I could go out and get the pizza from him. I’m working and am not looking at the phone, which us why I ordered delivery and tipped 20%. Door delivery is the expectation.

Ok. I ordered a papa John's bowl. Once I got home, my bowl is beyond ridiculous and stupid. I came inside Friday, September 30, around 1:10pm to place an order and it was a guy who took my order and made the bowl.I'm going to upload the photo and it looks nothing like in the commercial announcement. I'm not saying it should look 100 percent like on TV commercials but at least put some love in the food.I love Papa John's pizza. The slogan makes sense. But if there are employees who don't care about their job, then I'm sorry, papa John's should just close their doors instead of having sorry of an excuse employees serving pathetic looking pizza or papa bowls.

Ok. I ordered a papa John's bowl. Once I got home, my bowl is beyond ridiculous and stupid. I'm going to upload the photo and it looks nothing like in the commercial announcement. I'm not saying it should look 100 percent like on TV commercials but at least put some love in the food. This photo I am going to upload looks like a little kid just put cheese and toppings all over the place. Like a pile of puke. And the bowl wasn't even HOT. And I live 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes driving from papa John's. I love Papa John's pizza. The slogan makes sense. But if there are employees who don't care about their job, then I'm not sorry, papa John's should just close their doors instead of having employees serving pathetic looking pizza or papa bowls. Probably management won't care if I am voting 1 star or uploading the photo, but if and when the restaurant closes down, THEY HAD A CHANCE TO IMPROVE.

I placed an online order and was given a 32 minute delivery time frame. After 45 minutes I called the store to inquire about delivery time and was told it would be an additional 30 minutes because there was only one driver. I understand being backed up but a customer should be given a more realistic time frame. I asked for a discount or some credit for the inaccurate information but was told I could not get any and if I wanted to I could go pick up my order. I was then switched over to the manager without an introduction and the manager Salvador told me that the internet time has nothing to do with the actual store time so I then ask why are customers not given correct information and he proceeds to wishing me a nice day without hearing me out and I tell him that it is incredibly rude for him to cut me off and he says that they're backed up and there is nothing left to talk about. Last time I order from papa John's.

Deserves ————10 did not receive original order was 8 mins away our order has been 3+ hours. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would never recommend EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!’ FOR ANYONE, we were disconnected MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!! And no one cared. This is a disgrace. To add we did not get a refund!

I wish I can choose 0 stars. I've been here all the time. I live across the st. from them on Long Beach Blvd. They close at 11. Every night. This has happen twice to me. The sign says till 11 from Monday to Thursday. And after I was there at 10 the employee was mopping floors. I ask to open for and wanted cheese sticks. he said we are closed by the way it's all on camera. I can see the store from my house so I waited... Then the manager came out who closed the doors. And I asked for her info. Didn't provide. So rude. Also I have her on camera closing at 10:45 in her regular clothes. I have all the proof. Get back at me so I can show you guys. Thank you.

I am an Grubhub driver picking up an customers order. I was racially discriminate against by an Hispanic female employee. All customers was either Hispanic or Spanish speaking customers. All employees was Hispanic or Spanish speaking employees. When I arrived I had immediately walked in and stand adjacent to the cashier waiting for her to finish with an female customer. The cashier looked at me several times but never acknowledged me, then went to the next customers in line. The cashier continued to do that until all customers in line was taken care of and lobby cleared. Then my husband came in to find out what was taken so long, the cashier asked him if he was picking up an order, my husband said no and before he could tell her that I was the one waiting, the cashier walked off. The employee who is preparing the pizza came around and then acknowledged me by asking if he could help me. I told him that I am picking up an Grubhub order, he said something in Spanish to the female employee and then she started to help with order. Another employee walked in with no face mask as well. The female employee also did not have face mask on. There is an sign on the door stating that even if your vaccinated mask still need to be weared. I took pictures of both employees and the door. Not one time I was rude or disrespectful to anyone and should not have to be treated the way I was because I'm not the same race. Disappointed with Papa John especially when this my family favorite pizza parlor.

Worse service ever. The workers acted like he didn't want to be there and was turning his nose up and rolling his. Eyes at the black guy who ordered after me then had the nerve to charge me .25 cent for this little packet of seasoning. Then told me they don't carry Parmesan. If y'all don't want to work then just quit. I won't be going back to this location ever again

Still waiting for my order. It’s been more than an hour. Don’t think they are that busy on a Tuesday. Called 4 times and no one picks up except when you want to order. Lol Horrible!

Bomb a** food of course but terrible f****** phone service. They didn't add my soda which I paid for so I kept calling and calling and nobody could pick up the damn phone.
