They are good but they close early!!!!!! It says they close at 8.30 and at 6.30 they don't open anymore!!!!
Google has the wrong time. They close at 6:30 not 830 pm.
We arrived on the recommendation of a neighbor, and it far exceeded my expectations. The very kind girl explained to me and clarified my doubts. We will definitely go again.

Raspados are good but their getting too expensive. Everytime the price increase .50¢ now raspados are $7.50.

Everything's fine. But ladies must wear gloves to prepare everything. Especially because they wear rings and it's unhygienic.
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this raspado place. The customer service was extremely rude, and things took a turn for the worse when the cashier stuck her finger in my food after I mentioned it was cold. Despite enjoying their raspados, the disrespectful treatment and unhygienic incident have led me to the decision of not returning.
Very bad, the lady who is there in the afternoon is very angry, it seems that I went to ask her for a gift and that I spent $30 dollars just because I forgot to order something from her, she got angry because of that, the Michoacan woman is better
They are a delight, they have a wide variety of raspados and appetizers, you have to try them.

Their shave ices are my favorite but I can't deny that their customer service is the WORST. All the ladies treat you as if you are going to ask them for free. They never smile at you. Their customer service is so bad that I will never go back. I'd rather eat another shave ice somewhere else, even if it's not as good, but if they treat me well and make me feel good.
I would give it 10 stars Xk everything is delicious
