The workers seem more preoccupied over the drive-through customers than the walk in customers. There’s no available outlet anywhere in the space let alone barely much seating. Restrooms were messy & dated. Not a very friendly working space. I do not put blame on the workers but on the management and corporate level for not providing support to its team.

This is not the first time that I have ordered from this place, and this time was the same no flavor I always put light Ice to have better flavor but is always the same the drink tasted like Ice no good, and customer service is bad they are rude and they never give a cordial greeting

Mobil order at 6:03 (venti-medium black roast coffee with 4 pumps sugar free vanilla and a splash of oat milk), arrived at 6:08 and no one inside but 3 cars in drive thru so my drink my almost be ready, I go inside order a croissant, then wait for my drink. The staff is friendly and welcoming, so I ask about my drink and give info. They didn't see it and started making it and it's about 6:12. I see a couple ppl start coming in and ordering so i go to the restroom real quick. I come out and see ppl who just ordered get their drink and my drink is still not in the pick up area, I ask again and they tell me almost done. I didn't get my drink until 6:20. I know it's only 17 min and I waited 13 but again it's 17 min for a cup of coffee. Sad to say this isn't the 1st time this has happened. If you come just use the drive thru window, mobile orders take forever.

It will be the last time I come to this location, the person who attends has a terrible attitude, it seems like he is always angry, there should be a supervisor looking at the way the staff has the bad attitude.

One if not the worst starbucks in the area, I usually go here since it is close to home and usually order ahead for pickup in the app, theres no point of ordering ahead if the eta is always going to be different, I get some days it gets busier than others, but its starting to become a habit. And on top of it, the baristas treat you as if it is your fault that they are behind and that is unacceptable, they need to get their ____ together!

Absolutely ridiculous that this place regularly takes 30 freaking minutes to prep a 1 item mobile order. The franchisee should worry about adequate store staffing instead of Starbucks’ share price.
