I didn’t think I would experienced something like this especially in my own community. My husband and I went to Starbucks on July 30 and ordered through the drive thru. It was around 4:30 pm, my husband placed the order and we waited for like 15 mins or so. Once we came up to the window the girl that took our order through speaker saw my husband(we placed our order in English) and said Oh gave a look and proceeded to speak Spanish. And I was surprised and said what do you mean Oh? So because he’s brown you assumed she didn’t speak English when he was the one that placed the order? She gave a confused look and said oh no I just thought. Come one Starbucks do better especially when Lynwood is mainly Latinos. I think what bothered me the most was the attitude with the Oh and the sarcasm of her answer. Is like come on clearly you are a latina too.

we ordered of door dash, when it came order was EXTREMELY messed up. ordered a chocolate corssaint to be given a normal crossaint?! no thank you. not only that, my drink was not made correctly as I said in the door dash and not FULL it was HALFWAY. horrible workers that pay no attention to orders given to them. Doordarshan man was extremely nice and should get a raise.

I ordered on the mobile app before even arriving, but my drink wasn’t ready. Everyone else received their drinks immediately, while I had to wait over 40 minutes just for a simple drink.

This place is a nightmare. They take forever to make your drinks. I’ve had to ask for a refund twice now because they were taking too long to make drinks and there’s not a soul in there. Like it’s fast food guys… quickly. The slowest moving staff on the west coast.

Very slow — there are four people on shift, and the app says the coffee is ready, but in reality, it’s not.
Unfortunately, they purposely mark it as “ready” just to avoid hurting their stats, while people end up waiting another 5–10 minutes for their coffee.

I don’t recommend this location at all to anyone unless you’re desperate for coffee or a cafe to sit in and work. The ambiance to work in or relax is good. The franchise aspect applies where everything you expect in the aesthetics department is up to par. I’ve tried the drive thru (was given a venti size coffee & charged for it when I ordered a grande), the eat in option (barista had no clue about the “for here option” so I had to remind her of the policy, takeout (be prepared to wait 20 min for your order), & even delivery when I pickup for food delivery at this location (20 min wait & sour attitude) There’s a woman that’s usually prepping the drinks that has a sour attitude & lacks customer service attentiveness education I do hope to remember her name so I can update this review. I’m ignored when waiting for my drink every time inside whether I’m purchasing or picking up for a food delivery service. Everytime I go, something is ALWAYS wrong. Today for example; I picked up an order of three drinks and the barista made only two. I was told that a barista from the prior shift threw away the order stickers or took them or something so they were delayed. I then get off my car and right as I’m about to handoff the drinks the customer & I notice that the bag is wet! It was like a water fountain dripping wet! I obviously can’t open the bag to see what’s wrong so the customer opens it and notices that the top of a drink came off. Mind you this was less than a 5 min drive to the home and it was non vigorous. I have a headache just now from this & everytime I go to this location. I really hope the owner educates & trains the staff to be up to standard. I’m also an investor & hate to see locations like this mis represent the brand.

The customer service was good but the drink wasn’t made properly and unfortunately this happens every time I come to this location. I thought I could give it another chance today but my drink is always made wrong. It should be made in the shaker but it’s just poured into the cup and the taste isn’t the same as following the measurements on the shaker.

THIS STARBUCKS IS THE WORST ITS LIKE THEY FORGET THEY HAVE PEOPLE WAITING FOR THERE DRINKS I LITERALLY WAITIED 40mins for 2 simple ass drinks and they even did it wrong and I asked for 2 iced matcha she does them hot. Then I asked for the lavander matcha she gives me the regular I’m never going back here again yall suck , yall need new people.

The workers seem more preoccupied over the drive-through customers than the walk in customers. There’s no available outlet anywhere in the space let alone barely much seating. Restrooms were messy & dated. Not a very friendly working space. I do not put blame on the workers but on the management and corporate level for not providing support to its team.
