I ordered a white chocolate mocha and the quality was atrocious because it tasted like it didnt have coffee in it and not white mocha. This is my drink I order it all the time . I called and they offered to replace it but this is once again another fix I don’t want free I want my drink made right. I want my drink to be consistent. And if I phone order I should be able to pick up my drink as I walk in not wait longer

The whole over night crew rocks, Mary, Chris, Adrian, Valentine, Angie, Jose and Breanna. Every single one of them understands customer service, being kind and respectful. They never treat me as a number but as a person. Manny was super awesome too.

Not only is this place 24 hours, but this is one of my favorite Starbucks shops. They always have fresh pastries. The coffee is always good and Adrian and the rest of the evening shift is beyond amazing. They always get my drinks right and always give me the best recommendations on drinks when I need a little pick me up after working a 16 hour shift.

I’m writing to express my concern about how the recent Red Cup event was handled at your store, particularly by the supervisor on duty. Her attitude toward customers was unprofessional and dismissive.
I understand the store was busy, but when I was told there were no red cups left, I overheard her tell an employee that one had been set aside for another customer. When I questioned this, she responded with attitude instead of professionalism. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. All customers should be treated fairly and with respect — not selectively prioritized.
This event is planned every year, so management should have been better prepared for the rush. If the store was overwhelmed, a simple solution would have been to pause online orders to manage in-store demand more effectively.
The supervisor clearly needs better training on customer service and how to manage stress without taking it out on customers. A good attitude starts with leadership, and it was clear that wasn’t being modeled here.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I’m a loyal Starbucks customer and expect better professionalism from store management.

I came here yesterday and I went to drive through and they gave me the wrong cold foam. I went inside and asked nicely if they can fix my order and get what I asked for. They did it, but I didn't like what they wrote on my cup. They put 'Thank You?'. Like why the question mark? I wasnt rude nor it wasn't my fault that you guys got my order wrong. Nor the lady in the drive through didn't review my order like other places do. In my opinion its not professional to write that. I see that as a snotty remark. In the picture it shows a question mark on the far right.

They served me expired food. (By over a month and a half) I’m now sick and vomiting. The store shift manager, Angela, told us their deliveries are fresh each day. This is FALSE.
