This place in particular it's most of the time very slow always short on stuff bad service long waits. Was there this morning not only waited for a while in the the drive thru , but Jesus the manager was upset because I wanted to pay my items in 2 diferent transactions. End up not giving me the order I placed just because I mentioned about the long wait. By him refusing me service is not very professional coming from a ( manager) I don't think he likes his job and what is he teaching the other employees.

Went today was thier since 2am for the barista bear to find out employees took them all and left non for the paying customers I was 3rd in line and still nobody got one more likely employees kept them management should not let employees buy the merchandise smh

I’ve had a few bad experiences with service here. There’s always something they won’t do when it comes to your order at the window. The few times I’ve been inside, their mobile order system is unorganized. I’ve had my order already missing by the time I pick up. This location is not worth the headache.

(09-27-25) I had a really bad experience while I was ordering through the drive-through they kept passing the headset through three Different people not only that while I was ordering everyone in the background was laughing just having Random conversations. I ordered my coffee with two extra pumps of vanilla, and someone in the background said “DAMMN 8”while the guy was taking my order he kept laughing, not only that there was something in the bottom of my drinks. I went back (09-28-25) to get a refund asked for a cup of water and they said no that they where t allowed to give water cups. It was a hot day and not only did I have to spend my gas, money, and time but still couldn’t get a cup of water NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS. ITS DISGUSTING AND EVERYONE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL HAVING THEIR OWN CONVERSATION AT ALL TIMES INSTEAD OF ATTENDING CUSTOMERS. -1000/10

If I could give this location a zero I most definitely would. They use to make your order correctly now they don't care. I've gotten plenty of refresher drinks but today was it for me at this location. I ordered a venti mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. Get to the window and it's very light in color. It only has about 3 pieces of fruit. I say it's light in color. She says it's because the lemonade in it. 😳 This is not my first refresher and not the only location I've purchased this drink. I say well can you add more dragonfruit. She says she'd have to charge me. Excuse me. Charge me extra for you all not correctly making my drink. This was just one example of a bad drink made here. Live around the corner from here and will never return. This crew is awful.

The person on the drive thru got my order wrong, I asked for 2 drinks and received one. She asked me to pull forward and wait. No one ever came to talk to me. When I went inside no one knew anything about my drink. They wanted to charge me again. I didn’t have my receipt because she didn’t give it yo me. Really bad service.
