Probably like 6 workers if im not mistakening Only one greets shouldve got her name but instead got Patty's name she is very unprofessional ! Needs more Training work on her attitude Starbucks team yall can to do better !

don't usually come to this Starbucks, today I was like well, how could they mess up a regular tea right? So yeah... I had to ask for a cup sleeve while burning my hand because it was missing one and then to my surprise the didn't even bother to bring out the paper from the teabags ... they just tossed them in my cup! Let's call it laziness? Gross 🫣

Extremely long wait times and very dirty bathroom. The workers seem stressed, the drive through line wait times were so long, it seemed they forgot there were customers in store. Do not recommend, find another Starbucks to go to.

The wait time here is ALWAYS extremely long. Whether you do a mobile order, go through the drive thru or go inside expect to be waiting even longer than you might expect! On top of the wait times being long my drink NEVER taste like it should, I always have to ask for it to be remade. As well as telling the cashier the correct way to charge me because every where I go it’s always the same price, here the cashier is always up charging with the wrong items! Teach your employees that there’s a difference between Carmel drizzle and Carmel sauce!!!! #1 Carmel sauce doesn’t stick to the cup like the drizzle does and it cost more!!!! Never spending my money here again and will make sure I tell all my neighbors not to go here as well! This location ruins your whole Starbucks experience and can possibly ruin your day!!!

My drive-thru experience was so disappointing!!
They handed me a hot coffee cup without a sleeve, and when I requested one, they said they didn’t have any. The service was very poor, and the latte tasted terrible!!!!
I would recommend avoiding this Starbucks location! This place would ruin your Starbucks experience!!

Extremely rude cashier older woman working in the early morning. So rude to the point that I will avoid going in the early morning so I will not have to deal with her. She calls you sweetheart, but in a condescending tone. I cannot hear very well and she was annoyed by it. I am sorry I lost some of my hearing not my fault. Not a good way to start my morning. Everyone on shift today seems extremely mad and yelling at customers that there are others ahead. Working food service is difficult and if you arent fit for the job then we gotta get stepping. yelling at customers in front of other guest will definitely keep the tip jar empty. if you hate your job just quit. last time i come here.

This place is one of the only in the immediate area. If there were others near id opt out. The service here has consistently been off putting. The employees here from early morning to late night shift are rude. The level of customer service lacks immensely. One of the worst locations at least when dealing with the inside. Can't speak to its drive thru.
