Came for iced coffee and the lady told me there was an iced coffee shortage. I thought she was being sarcastic so started laughing, nope she was serious. And she gave me bombastic side eye for laughing lol. You got hot coffee and you got ice right??? That’s what I want. I walked out ain’t got time to argue over common sense. Carol was employees name I believe with the attitude.

Terrible experience!! I order on the drive thru it was 9 pm I approached to pay and I gave the Rude lady 100 dls bill, she tells me that’s they do not accept 100 dls bill , clarifying there’s no sign where it’s says no 100 dls bills ! She then tells me that she is going to see if there is change on the back . I waited around 3 minutes she comes back saying there is no change and closes the window in my face ! I waited there for a couple of minutes another rude lady comes and tells me ! We do hay accept 100 dollar bill we are closing already! (Minding at was 9 pm and on the app says they close at 11pm) both ladies had really bad attitude one of them close the window on my face and throw me the bill !! Never coming back to this place !!! Managers , supervisors , vicepresidente and president should chose really carful their employees!

Terrible experience I ordered online and they never clarified doors close at 9 . Place says on the app and on Google it closes till 11. Employee gave me attitude when I simply asked if I can pick up my order. I had to wait long line to pick up my stuff when the whole point of me ordering ahead is to not waste my time waiting for other to order. Never coming to this Starbucks again. Terrible job for whoever is in charge .

Terrible drive thru waited about 20 minutes for a drink and a sandwich with only about 4 cars ahead. Made me wait to get my order, and when i got to the window, I had to wait again. This is the second time I have been to this store not planning on coming back to this store ever

Asked for hot chocolate I got more milk than chocolate it was nasty. I just ordered for a hit chocolate and my drink was 95% milk and 5% actually chocolate at that point I got a milk chocolate

I go in because I ordered online. Just to see that the line is waaaaaay back to Walgreens. So I went out of line to walk in. As I thought. My items were ready for me. I go up to the customer name Carol. To ask her that I ordered and I'm here to pick it up. She gave me additude saying that if I'm GrubHub.. I'm not GrubHub. I asked her that my drinks are at the drive thru window. Then with a mean glance. She ignored me. That is what I call disrespectful. I thought all baristas are professional. And always friendly. But when. I see Carol. I become uncomfortable.
