Customer service is the worst, also I ordered a pastrami combo I literally didn't get any meat you could count the pieces of pastrami meat not worth yhe money.

As much as I frequent this establishment, they have continually have let me down regardless of whether I spend over $100 or not. They rush you when you order, they thereafter charge you extra for items, changes, or condiments to which they don’t even fulfill. Just an overall lack of awareness.

I always go to the drive thru here to get breakfast and the staff is usually friendly. Only one time was the person at the window rude. They could be a little faster in the drive thru but other than that the food is always good.

I only rated the service a 3 because I'm sure not all employees are rude but the girl that served me had no manners she ignored us for like the first 3 or 4 min of standing there we were the only customers there I only needed 2 items that didn't need to be cooked. I had to ask if they were open to get her attention to finally place my order. Usually service is great here but that girl was rude

This morning, I ordered a breakfast plate with sausage and bacon, as well as chilaquiles. Unfortunately, the chilaquiles were the worst experience I've ever had. The dish was overloaded with sour cream, chopped onions, and green onions. My eggs were mixed in with the sour cream and cheese, making it unappetizing. The rice was tasteless, and the only redeeming part was the beans. Overall, it felt like someone had thrown up and spit it out. I wanted a refund, but I've decided that I will never order from there again.

Family pack shows cheese, yet they charge extra for it. Removed soda fountains from lobby.
I ordered fried zucchini, but to my surprise, they were rotten and had a terrible taste. I called the store, and they informed me that this is a common issue they can't prevent. When I raised concerns about their food safety, I was dismissed and told the only solution was a refund. If you care about clean, fresh food that actually tastes good, I would recommend avoiding this place.

They should have more salsa options. The drink is never consistent with the burrito combo. I order the same thing when I eat here and the drink they give is a small and sometimes a large, and I order the same thing. Make a regular salsa that’s not hot! It would be nice. Might have to find a better breakfast burrito…
