FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They have several signs on the tables that reads KIDS EAT FREE every Saturday & Sunday with any entree purchase. The signs don't have an expiration date. I take the sign to the register and the employee Valeria tells me it expired on Nov. 2, that the promotion is not valid anymore. Why would those old signs be out to the public if today is already Saturday Nov. 8. Signs are 6 days old according to the employee Valeria and she cared less about what I had to say regarding the old promotion signs.

Over all, same WaBa Grill concept in comparison to other locations. However, not all WaBa Grills are the same. chicken on my Spicy chicken bowl was not fresh; chicken tasted as if coming out of the fridge after a few days and reheated. Too poor for the price. I know WaBa Grill is excellent in serving fresh food. I really don’t know what happened at this Waba Grill.

Need to improve on cleaning floors are super sticky. The kitchen looks like it hasn’t been clean in a while, cashier handling money properly sanitizing start handling food right after that not cool at all

Please teach your employees how to prepare food right! I ask for a salad and i get 2 drops of dressing sauce. We don’t pay $10 for a salad that’s gonna be halfway done. The cashier Kimberly G is so awful! Such an attitude, i asked her for the right dressing sauce and gives me a joke of sauce. I had to go back to get my order partially right. And on top of that gives me an attitude!
