I went today for a ham & cheese. They gave me a croissant with cream cheese, ham, and jalapeño. I'm not sure how old it was because the cream cheese was spoiled. 🤮

was looking forward to eating my chicken breast, bacon, and avocado bagel sandwiches but didn’t notice until i got home that it was THE WRONG ORDER….after ordering it in spanish too so the staff would understand me 😭

Never order online again used Uber eats app to order then arrive and the person at the drive thur says that they don't have a order. she then asked if I was at the correct address so I confirmed the right location so I canceled my order because it wasn't ready so why was I charged a fee for the food being made if it wasn't.
The food is good except that these ladies never understand English and they always give me wrong stuff. I'm tired of going back to fix it. Please hire English speaking

I was taught that if I don't have anything good to talk about someone, it's better not to talk. But when they damage your order more than 5 times, it's already a problem. If it's not one thing, it's another in this location. They already have me tired. How are they going to give a sandwich with frozen chicken?!? Is their brain not working? Oh Winchells pay for a resource to teach them how to do things the right way, oh fire everyone and start over. They don't deserve 1 star.
