I passed by this place after a long time, I wanted a Frappe. I thought that the same service and convenience of enjoying a coffee and a bread, Winchell's would offer me. Upon entering I noticed an unpleasant aroma, like rotten pipes, the first thing I thought was: it's on the street and not here. When I ordered my coffee, I approached the counter and could smell the same aroma. The workers noticed that we noticed it, it is very unpleasant ?, it takes away the desire...
Donuts are good but y’all need better employees than this fat girl working today 12/8/22 at 2:00pm she not talking she screaming and that’s not the way to treat customers she is salvadorian I ask no chocolate and she didn’t listen she add a lot of chocolate donuts ? she has a big fat actitud
Me and my mom went through the drive thru at this winchell's yesterday they didn't fill up my chilla Cappuccino all the way it was half full , other then that the Food is so delicious..☕? and oh they forgot the sauce that comes with the burritos , The Day we went Friday/ January - 7- 2022
