I had an extremely upsetting experience at Yogurt de Amor in Lynwood. During my visit, the staff member working at the time assumed my son and daughters were going to steal their frozen yogurt. He actually made them take their cups to the front before my eldest even finished choosing her flavors. Watching my kids treated that way was humiliating and completely uncalled for.
I tried to voice my concerns to the person in charge (an Asian male employee/manager who appeared to be running the place), but he barely acknowledged me and offered zero explanation or apology. The lack of basic respect or customer service was astonishing.
On top of that, the yogurt was overpriced and honestly not very good. After the way we were treated, the quality definitely didn’t make up for the experience.
I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated decently—especially if you’re there with your kids.
