Fun place but not very nice customer relations. I left a comment on their website that it should be more obvious it is 21 and older venue, because we brought someone who wasn't 21. It's on the website but you have to dig. I got an immediate email back from Adam that I took as condescending. His exact words were: "The ticket description clearly states 21 and over for every ticket type. It is also clearly in the description for every event. Sorry you did not clearly read the descriptions." Ouch bro! I was just making a suggestion. You must have had more than one complaint to be that short about it. Anywho, the site now makes you acknowledge you are 21 before entering. I would like to think I had a part in that...lol Adam, if you want to split hairs, where are the misters that you state you have on the website? When they interviewed Darren on KMJ he said not only misters but canvass covers until the trees matured more to provide shade. It was really hot when we went to the Journey Tribute. Change your tone a little bit guys. There are plenty of good venues with tribute bands around here. We just went to the Bee Gees at Engleman Cellars that we really enjoyed. I want to add that the bartenders, and the food truck vendors at Apcal are awesome. Everyone there was customer friendly. Just wanted to know I mattered as a customer to the management.

Very disappointed I have been coming to apcal for years! The prices for drinks have became so outrageous. Last year a bottle of sangria 19.00 dollars now 39.00. This has been a place my father and I would come to enjoy the music and the drinks at a reasonable price but not anymore.

We had a great evening at ApCal Rock N Ranch on Saturday, July 27th. The weather was perfect for listening to the sounds of Eminent Grove and the War Tribute Band "RAW". Both bands didn't disappoint. Raw played most of War's top hits that brought back many great memories for me. As I mentioned, the weather was perfectly cool it was a welcome change from the heat that we've been having. There were two food trucks and also alcohol/water available. It was a great way to spend a Saturday evening.

The manager Sean is awesome always takes care of us, it was very comfy, they have a vip section with its own bar, restrooms were clean, no riff raff, good security. Don't bring a cooler or even ice because outside drinks are not allowed. Plenty of parking in the dirt lot, no need to arrive early for that

It's ok. Security at the door was hit and miss. Some ladies allowed in with purses, some weren't (same size purses). No liquids allowed but we saw people drinking wine in glasses, which I didn't see for sale. Need just a little lighting. So dark watching concert that we couldn't see the nachos we were eating. And the parking lot was super dusty. They also need a different taco truck. One tortilla, tiny amount of cold meat, and the fixings were slim pickings. All in all...it's ok. I would return to another show.Edit: Venue responded. My mistake about the wine. It's sold there by the glass.

If you like Music, like being outside this is the place to go. Great place to relax and enjoy the cold refreshments and spending time with friends. Vip tables are worth the money if a group is going.

I very much enjoy attending concerts at the ApCal Rock N Ranch. It's great entertainment at a very reasonable price. The food trucks are good, but you can bring your own if you like. I've attended multiple times and have been really impressed with most of the bands. Beautiful setting to enjoy music with friends and family.

This is VIP. Worst service ever 2 bartenders in the VIP what a waste. You are better not getting VIP. The wait to get a drink is 45 mins to an hour. Not good. It’s probably not worth coming out here unless you’re desperate. Really bad VIP concept. Not worth the money. Will not come back. Hope you all make some changes. The bands are great! The venue and service no good. The two stars are for the band but not the venue. Sorry AP Cal get your stuff together.
