I'm from Sacramento. I periodically deliver Lottery Scratchers to Fresno. I pass through Ranchero going & coming. My first 3 visits to Arsenio's I've always just ordered a burrito to go & would leave. Burritos..... always outstanding! But last week I had to deliver to Fresno 2 days in a row. So the first day I finally stopped in for lunch & ate in. I got their Chilli Verde Enchiladas plate....OMG..That was beyond delicious!!!! The second day I stopped in again & got the steak tostada plate ..... Lord help me!!! It was sooooo amazing! They will see me every single time from here going forward when I deliver to Fresno! Great Job you guys!
