Their taquitos and shredded beef burrito are absolutely delicious!!! The family that runs this restaurant is amazing! Always great customer service. We get take out all the time and it's always fresh and hot.
I'm from Sacramento. I periodically deliver Lottery Scratchers to Fresno. I pass through Ranchero going & coming. My first 3 visits to Arsenio's I've always just ordered a burrito to go & would leave. Burritos..... always outstanding! But last week I had to deliver to Fresno 2 days in a row. So the first day I finally stopped in for lunch & ate in. I got their Chilli Verde Enchiladas plate....OMG..That was beyond delicious!!!! The second day I stopped...
