I'm from Sacramento. I periodically deliver Lottery Scratchers to Fresno. I pass through Ranchero going & coming. My first 3 visits to Arsenio's I've always just ordered a burrito to go & would leave. Burritos..... always outstanding! But last week I had to deliver to Fresno 2 days in a row. We love Arsenios! Everything we get to eat is so delicious, and the portions are more than enough. Melissa and her husband run a fabulous restaurant.
