I love Blast and Brew in Clovis and occasionally in Madera. I have to say and I hope this critique helps this restaurant. I have probably eaten at more a few hundred or perhaps thousands of restaurants in my adult lifetime. And in my lifetime I have probably walked out of maybe 5 restaurants because of dismissive/ poor service and the Blast and Brew in Madera was 4 of those times. Once because the music was too loud, twice because I sat at a table for a long period of time before being offered service and once because I stood near the front for more than 5 minutes before a service, but that time they were not busy and two servers were chit chatting ignoring me and my wife. There have been times when we did receive great service but this restaurant has the highest occurrence poor service I have seen.

Our food was delicious. Nachos were great and they give you so much food! I had the pizza I think it’s a great idea Me n Ed’s makes the pizza next door. I had a very nice cocktail every thing was priced reasonably. Had the sweetest waitress she was running her tail off. Great place to grab casual dinner. 👍🏻

We just tried this restaurant recently, mainly because we are so picky that we hardly venture out to try something new. We live in the bonadelle rancho's area. We wanted to try somewhere closer to us instead of driving to Fresno. We now have two restaurants we like in the rancho's. The staff is so friendly and nice! I asked if the french dip sandwich had a lot of fat because I don't like that. She said it wasn't too bad because she is picky also Before I know it the manager brought out a slice of beef to show me how lean it was. He also said if I didn't like it he would let me order something else. The waitress asked us several times if we needed anything and made sure our glasses were always full. The prices are reasonable our dinner was only around $40 for the two of us. We will definitely go here again!!!
Atmosphere great. But the service, he was kind of rude rushing,telling us to hurry up and be ready when he gets to us and feel he was out of line when we still checking out the meal. But overall, he was funny, and he just needed some help

Would give 0 stars if I could. Husband and I waited for 30 minutes as waiters went to all the tables around us. Including what looked like either the manager or bartender who had a personal conversations with every table around us. We were never served and they didn’t seem to even notice when we walked out.

It was my first time here and I was driving up to the casino and I stopped to catch a bite with my kids. I was greeted by an amazing staff. The food was so delicious. I recommend the birria nachos and tacos. My kids got the rodeo burger and tore it up. The servers were Chris and Jessica and they made sure everyone was attended too. I will definitely come back anytime .

Ordered online, said order was ready for pick up at 6:30. Got to the restaurant they said it would be a couple minutes. 45 minutes went by so I asked again if our order was ready. The girl at the front said sorry and asked for our name again. 25 minutes passed and she finally brought it to us. We got to the car and checked to make sure we got everything and all the food was super cold. Not even warm, COLD! After spending 40plus dollars you would think you would at least get hot food.. I usually don’t leave a review or say anything, but I just want to warn anyone that orders from this restaurant. I read reviews myself and took a chance. (Don’t do it!)

My boyfriend Allen took me here tonight for the first time. OMG this place has amazing wings I had the Asian wings with onion rings, Allen had the BBQ wings and fries. It was delicious and the wings were huge! Best best part though was my margarita, I always get it blended but they had it in the rocks and it was by far the best margarita I ever had. So I just had to have another one! Staff was wonderful I'm sorry I am so bad with names, but the gentleman who made my margaritas you are awesome! The place was busy but staff was great, very clean and just so welcoming. Well definitely be back. Thank you Blast and Brew for an amazing time.
