I cannot believe you are still in business. The lack of staffing (and therefore service) is abhorrent. You always seem to hire bartenders with no experience. A house Chardonnay should not be difficult. We never got menus or silverware. When I asked for my change from the cash I provided, you gave me all my 100 back. I left the cost of the meal and minimal tip. We will not be back.

I went here during a holiday weekend at night with a six top. The food came out together and it was all delicious. And I wanted to give a shout-out to our waiter Chris for being super accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole night. Great place to eat!

Place got my order wrong the last 2 times. Had to sit and wait for another 20 min while I waited. Finally got my last order to go and didn’t realize it was the wrong food until I opened it up. Emailed them to get a refund or credit and what do you expect….. no response. To reply to the owner below - I went to your companies website. I selected your location. I sent a respectful email stating how this happened twice. No contact. Now when I put on a review for the public I get a response? Sounds odd.

The idiots i’m so sorry for your bad experience. She has always been amazing to us and definitely cares about customers and customer service. Hopefully, next time it will be much better. I’m also a bartender and it’s really a tough call because the law tells you you have to card anybody under 40 years old and you always have to carry your ID with you. It’s not the servers fault. We’re just trying to do our job and keep everybody safe.

Ordered tri tip chili cheese fries and they had zero flavor and NO tri tip. Ordered a French Dip and got a tri tip sandwich with BBQ sauce and the onion straws weren't cooked. Tri tip was dry and tough. The Philly cheese steak had hardly any meat on it and had no flavor either. I wish I could go throw the food back at them and get my money back. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

Me and my wife are regulars here and every time we come in we have great service. Our Bartender Bea is awesome! She has great conversations and always has a smile on her face. Even when she's behind the bar AND serving. Give that girl a raise! The food is good as well. I keep it simple and get a beer card, a rodeo burger and my wife orders the tri tip salad or a pizza. Honestly it's the atmosphere and the drinks that keep us coming. We'll see you Monday Bea!

Forgot to include au jus with French dip sandwiches on two occasions. Meat in sandwiches was dry like it was sitting in a warmer all day. Pizza was burnt on edges and soggy in the middle. Will never eat here again. I gave them a second chance and they royally failed. Just plain awful food and refused to fix the issue.
