I just had the absolute worst experience ever. I went to pick up my food and they had me wait about 15 minutes before they asked me what I was waiting for. I let them know that I was waiting for my order. They didn’t say anything. Another 10 minutes went by and Ruben asked me again what I was waiting for I told him for my order and he said that it should’ve been in the pick up and I said it nothing was there. He said then somebody must have taken it and I said , And just stood there and stare at me and I asked him for my refund and he said I need to figure it out on my own. He lied about the store number and lied about the other go worker name To avoid consequences. There is no need for the situation to escalator. Had him be rude to me to figure out how to get my own refund saying I need to talk to DoorDash when my order was even placed with DoorDash. No one tried helping me. They just stood there and stared at me and had me waiting inside the lobby for 30 minutes for a pick up order. I never even received nor did I receive a refund. RUBEN was wearing a manger shirt

I went to Burger King one morning to get a croissant.Eggs and sausage and cheese, the only thing good about that sandwich was nothing.The quality was Not good that day at all.The sausage so dry, so brittle.It broke away like a broken press puzzle. The fries tasted old. Like they sit there overnight. Only good thing about that meal l was to drink... The quality was not good at all at this place. You're better off going to country club burger king...

I thought the staff had given me the wrong order when it turned out to be my fault. The manager was nice and showed me the error but made me what I wanted. He was nice and patient even tho I was clearly having a bad day. Hashbrowns were perfect as always!!!.

The best thing to get (my opinion) is the chicken sandwich, even getting it plain is really good, best chicken sandwich I've had. The service isn't horrible, they gave me my food and did their job, didn't give me a hard time which was nice. And I love going to Burger king partially because I like how it looks around me and it is nice to go there.
