Its chipotle, i dont know what to write. But the salad dressing is underrated

Food: For myself the food was good, could have been a little more heavy handed on the items but that is OK. My wife however had to ask multiple times to add just a little more mind you the portions they were giving to her were very very small. I definitely see inconsistencies in serving. She also asked for a tortilla on the side and thats what they gave her a raw tortilla on the side.
Service: The first girl that helped us was awesome, she was smiling and was super sweet. The next two girls were ok not bad but not great either. The cashier was rude, cold, and did not look like she wanted to be there. I get it jobs suck but when the customers can feel your frustration thats not good business.

There is a morning manager that ruins it for everyone I hate getting there at 11 it's just that one manager he want to charge me extra for rice and beans I understand the meat but im a chipotle regular been to multiple

Lets start for the food, when you pay $17 dollar for a burrito you expect a normal size (at least) burrito and not a mini portion. When you order it with any kind of meat you expect to have meat not just 3 slices of brisket (in my case). Also when you add a $3+ for guacamole you expect a decent amount of it and not a spit. When you order a chicken quesadilla you expect the quesadilla to have a good amount of chicken and cheese, and not few pieces of chicken and most of the cheese melted outside in the box. Now let's pass to the crew, I don't know if the problem is the manager or the person at human resources but the employees always look frustrated and alway try to rush you when you order in person. Moral on the story, this place rip you off while having you feel uncomfortable.
People pay for food not for samples, then starting from the manager, smiling more doesn't hurt you and if you don't like you job than find another one because you ruin the mood to everybody. Stating that, I won't buy anything else, anymore at chipotle (or at least this location). Dear customers do not let these companies rip you off, we pay for something and they need to treat you with respect otherwise they will be already out of business.

I visit the Chipotle on Cleveland frequently. The staff is super professional and courteous! They memorized my order and usually ask me if I'm having my usual when I go in. They told me about their app so that I can save money and get special savings. I appreciate their exceptional service!

I had went on my lunch break and there was 2 customers in front of me while the worker was making food for one customer he had gloves on making this persons food goes and charges the customer with the same gloves on and then goes back and helps a new customer with the same gloves after roughing the register and touching money from the previous customer while walking back to help the new person he is rubbing his hand on the counter and instead of changing his gloves he goes and uses the same gloves and grabs tortillas with the same dirty gloves and makes that customers food and does the same charge the person takes the money and goes back with another customer behind me cuz I was being helped by someone else and he was using the same gloves and was making that persons order while NEVER WASHING HIS HANDS OR CHANGING GLOVES AFTER EACH CUSTOMER AND TAKING THEIR MONEY….I’ve never had an issue with employees not washing their hands or changing gloves after each customer but this one was just disgusting and I can honestly say pure laziness

My husband and I made a pit spot here while on our travels to Sacramento. It's very close to the freeway and was convenient for us to order ahead. The food was packaged and ready for us. There were no codes for the bathrooms. The restaurant was clean and would visit here again.

The bald worker that acted like he was the manager (might have been) Was extremely rude, They messed up my order, not even one apology and he was telling his workers to give me less food when in reality they messed up horrible experience,.

We love this Chipotle and the drive thru pick up lane. Our kids are big chipotle fans and so far this one provides the same quality of food for mobile orders as it does for in restaurant dining. That became our biggest complaint with our other chipotle is that the serving sizes became almost half for mobile orders vs in person. Sometimes the wait can be long in the pick up lane, we do a drive by and check first and just walk inside if so. The interior is small, but doesn’t seem to ever be too crowded when we go.

My husband and I enjoy Chipotle while traveling. We see what we ask for and the portions, which we request. We don't eat inside, not because of the employees; it's the customers.

I ordered a burrito. They left a whole damn avocado in the burrito instead of it being smashed up into guacamole. It’s so huge it ripped through the tortilla and ain’t no way in hell they didn’t see that thing sticking out. The fact it was whole it made all the rest of the food cold. So ridiculous. I dont ever write reviews but this pissed me off so much that I had to. My first review ever.
