They say they close at 10pm I got there at 9:45 and they shut the lights off when I was getting out of car they should have served me and my kids will not return owner should do something no way to run a business

Super rude and unhelpful service. Mali was rude and refused to help us. We tried to use a BOGO code for a birthday but after we entered it the pass reset and deleted the code. She said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay full price. I asked for a number for corporate district manager or her boss she said she didn't have any of them but eventually gave me a fax number to call before she finally went to the back and tried calling someone but came back saying they won't answer her and said I could try and have me another number that didn't work. Our ice creams were also not mixed and had very few toppings over all disappointed with the service here

Condescending cashier. Dani’s coworker asked for help and she responded in a condescending tone. It was very off putting and I felt bad for her coworker. Bad vibes

Every time I visit this store I am pleased. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. The line is often long but the employees take care of the customers very quickly. The ice cream is delicious

I like their ice cream even if lack in flavors, what I do not like is the price of their cake. Before the pandemic a 8inch cake used to cost about $20/25 then the price spike to $45 without even customize it with a HAPPY BDAY or something. I felt ripped off and never bought a cake anymore. I still go for the ice cream but nothing else.

Ice cream was all melted by the time I paid, their “cold stone” must not be working or something.

The staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The ice cream was perfect! I am looking forward to going back in the near future!
