Rude employees, Bad atmosphere, artificial everything!
Ice cream 10/10 but the girls are so rude.. especially the chunky one, so just for that… not coming back
Love Cold Stone. I like that they keep Silk chocolate in stock because my Lil girl is lactose intolerant. My favorite is Dough for It. 🥰

the ice cream is good but the service is terrible and the guy who was helping us keep saying what also? In a rude way.

They say they close at 10pm I got there at 9:45 and they shut the lights off when I was getting out of car they should have served me and my kids will not return owner should do something no way to run a business

Super rude and unhelpful service. Mali was rude and refused to help us. We tried to use a BOGO code for a birthday but after we entered it the pass reset and deleted the code. She said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay full price. I asked for a number for corporate district manager or her boss she said she didn't have any of them but eventually gave me a fax number to call before she finally went to the back and tried calling someone but came back saying they won't answer her and said I could try and have me another number that didn't work. Our ice creams were also not mixed and had very few toppings over all disappointed with the service here
Condescending cashier. Dani’s coworker asked for help and she responded in a condescending tone. It was very off putting and I felt bad for her coworker. Bad vibes
