I just went in and ordered the 8 inch French dip. $16.00 and some change. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it looked like they forgot the beef. Just a few slim slices of roast beef. The au jus was ice cold. I realize businesses having to pay fast food workers $20 an hour is affecting their profit margin. I am now paying for more and getting way less. Don’t think I’ll be back.

It takes a lot for me to complain but this was an absolute terrible experience. When we walked in it was empty and should’ve been a red flag, employees sitting in the back on phone. We place an order and they are out if most drinks, sweet potatoe fries, cream cheese which we didn’t make a big deal. Then the restrooms were filthy, they mess up the order, place our stuff in to go containers and head back to the back to sit down, we were then waiting for someone to come out of the back so we could ask for water and we had to whistle to get attention. Food wasn’t fresh. We never had this experience at the other location and will not be going back. Absolutely lazy and unacceptable, it’s mind blowing this is what people get paid $15 an hour for.
