Worst experience Stephanie M definitely needs to be retrained adequately!!! No hospitality she didn’t greet us or smile, her service was inconsistent. She would approach our table to ask if we needed anything while walking away unprofessionally, meanwhile, my family of 4 all needed refills. Sad to say that I won’t ever stop when I’m passing madera!!!

Passing through Madera we stopped here. We had a great experience. We were greeted with a friendly staff. Our server was awesome! So attentive, we got our order in a timely manner and everything was delicious. Will definitely stop here again when passing through

The waiter served her husband before us. Today’s “service” sucked. It was the worst service by far that my family and I have gotten. We got seated after 2 gentleman who walked in after us did. We waited to be asked what we wanted to drink while these 2 men were already on their refills. As they ate, we were still waiting for our order to be taken. I found it weird that the waiter was all over the 2 gentlemans table. Once the 2 men finished eating, he said outloud to the server, “thanks babe!” And walked away without paying. Are you serious? Here I am with 2 hungry toddlers and the server taking her time in her honeymoon phase. I asked where the food was beca I needed to take my daughter to school. She said the food was coming right up. After 2 minutes of me asking, she brought out the kids mac and cheese and fries. Okay great. I asked where our food was and she said, “we are making sure your chicken is real well done so you can eat” well no duh it’s chicken….? At this point we are in 1 hour and 20 minutes total dumb to have even waited this long especially since the 2 men were long gone by this time but yet they entered behind us.? We got up, left. Came to Ihop, as soon as I arrived I let them know the kids were really hungry if she can put in an order of mac and cheese before even sitting us down. Guess what? They gave my babies their mac and cheese not even 5 minutes of us being here. This was terrible service from your end Dennys and and should be unacceptable. Horrible. She needs to attend her husband at home and go to work when she clocks in.
