Stupid AI phone system screwed our order up. Then they were gonna charge us more to make it right and make us bring the pizza back they messed up on .

The robot that you talk to when you order on call got my order wrong.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I checked in and waited over 10 minutes while I watched employees stand around talking and laughing. I saw a customer went inside, waited for their order and left. I finally went inside and asked for my order. The girl at the counter looked lost, couldn't reach my boxes so she had to jump to get them and then told me I would have to pay extra if I wanted any sauce for the bread I ordered. When I got home, the bread wasn't cut and barely had anything inside of it. The pizzas I ordered had minimal toppings and spots were bare with no sauce, no cheese and no toppings. Very disappointed in the quality and customer service. There use to be a timer for curbside delivery. Now they don't even apologize or acknowledge when a customer has been sitting and waiting over 10 minutes. I definitely won't be returning.

Sadly after being years and years of a customer I don't like the way the online menu is set up was trying to order since 8:30 it's 9:30 now and some reason it's saying delivery in 24 minutes didn't asking me my toppings no phone number and no I reorder and reorder it and this is for the new Dominos on w.olive please fix it or sadly I won't a customer anymore thanks

Called for a special on pizzas and got an automated computer person. I was not able to get the special and was not able to speak with someone. Went to the store and the manager said they were busy I should have ordered online.

Yesterday I order a veggie pizza. They delivered it at my home. I found two cockroaches in the pizza. Don’t order something from here.

If you wanna waste a hour of your time this is the place to go.

The staff is very rude. The cashier threw back my change at me, missing the spare change as well, without a receipt. I paid with a $50 and was given attitude because I guess I took all the change from the drawer. I repeatedly asked for a receipt and the cashier kept saying “it’s come with your pizza” which I find unusual because receipts are usually at the point of sale but none the less very rude staff and unprofessional from the start. Will not be returning.

I just ordered from this place. The delivery sucks. The person just left it in front of my door on the floor. I almost stepped on it. I called to complain and they did nothing about it. Said that was the instructions.

Ordered a pizza online and when I was told by the app it was ready I went to pick up and they claimed they had no order they tried to remake my order but put other orders ahead of me I finally got tired of waiting after an hour and demanded a refund
